The worst absolute service service I have ever received. Drinks took 45 min to the point I had to go to the bar after 6 of my friends left the group because of how long the service took, this was a reservation in place as well. I was forced to order drinks from the bar and carry them to my table in which 3 drinks split on the table. Our server was no where to be found for 45 minutes and when I approached her about replacing the drinks she told me management refused to replace the drinks split. This was extremely rude as a sever reused to entertain the situation. I am a fellow server and restaurant worker and honestly I felt so offended that she would approach me as such. The manager never once came over to touch the table and rectify the situation instead they avoided the table all night and didn’t approach me about the situation I am more the understanding that things happens but for the situation not a single manager wanted to support or talk about the situation if I could give 0 stars I would. Honestly over 3 drinks I am in shock this would happen. I know what my restaurant does in these circumstances and this is insane that I would be charged for such.

Ernie and the staff at Trolley Five went above and beyond to set up a private room buffet for our volleyball team that was out of this world. When our final game went late they graciously and seamlessly adapted our time and somehow still managed to provide the most amazing menu. If you are looking to plan a large group event like this I would highly recommend Trolley Five. Huge thanks!!!

The food here was awesome!! Got the veggie pizza and veggie pot stickers, both were exceptionally good. Also got a flight of their rotating beers, all of which were equally as yummy as the food. This place has a nice, chill vibe. Laid back and fun!

I recently helped host an event at Trolley 5 and we had a great experience! Ashley at Trolley5 made the process very easy and accommodated all of our requests! The food, venue, and service was amazing! They have lots of food and beverage options to adhere to dietary restrictions, and even have a photo booth option if you want to keep memories from your event. Highly recommend hosting any type of event here.

Trolley 5 is an excellent destination to watch sports. Recently, I visited around 9pm on a Thursday. We received excellent service from Potter, Noah, and a manager who's name I didn't get. I've visited other pubs and restaurants, and I find the service can be lacking at the later hours of the night. But this certainly wasn't the case at Trolley 5! Great work :)

We went here for my 25th birthday, and it was busy! We were seated immediately and given a nice taster of their newest IPA to try. It took a while for our server to come over and greet us and we had issues for our entire visit with not having a consistent server. We were passed around quite a lot and had many things forgotten when we did get something ordered and brought back to us. The food was delicious and when we were able to get a drink they were also very good our only issue was not having consistency with the serving staff. It was busy and we understand it to an extent but we did leave a little frustrated with our experience.
The only thing better than the food was the staff, top to bottom an amazing place to go for any event…best in Calgary!!Dietary restrictions: Asked prior to order, showed amazing consideration!!Parking: Easy to find a place right next to Trolly!

Made a reservation and we were put in a private room which was a nice surprise. The service was slow, the full sized nachos were lacking toppings and the chicken wings had great flavour but were really tiny.

Also my blue cheese sauce had the consistency of skimmed milk. Leopolds has a WAY better wing Wednesday, better service and better vibe - go

My friend and I had an event to attend at 7pm. Trolley 5 is a fifteen min drive to our event so we thought it would be the perfect venue. We arrived at 4:50 to have nearly two hours leeway. Our order was taken by our server at 5:15pm and the appetizer did not arrive until 6:30. 1 hour 15 mins later. at this point we had fifteen mins left before we HAD to leave. Our server apologized profusely but stayed there was a private event upstairs taking the kitchen’s priority. We ended up requesting our entrees in a to-go box and received them at 6:40 (1.5 hours after we put the order in). We made it to our event with 1 minute to spare - hungry because we didn’t get to eat anything. Maybe if you’re hosting a private event and cannot accommodate regular guests… idk… close? I paid $54 AND A TIP WAS EXPECTED and all I got was a drink and a bao bun.
