Definitely the best bubble shop in Calgary and my personal favorite. The staff here are literally SO nice! Always friendly and honestly make my day better. My favorite drink is the jasmine green milk tea latte (highly recommend!)

This is my favorite bubble tea place, their pearls are always warm, the brown sugar is fantastic and the best in calgary. My only complaint are their straws, I'm not sure why they changed their straws but it's very weak and easily breaks. And it makes it harder to drink my bubble tea, I've broken my straw accidentally more times than I can count. And it's short, especially with the lids added, and hard to use. Please upgrade your straws

We ordered the Wintermelon Tea and Black Tea Macchiato and they were both so delicious! Most especially though, the worker named Nelson who took our order was so incredibly kind and helpful. Great experience!

Meh.This is my 3rd times trying Truedan.I was recommended and thought I’d give it a chance.Would I return for bubble tea? Unless I’m in the middle of nowhere and craving for BBT…. Likely no.$8ish for my order. I didn’t taste substance. It was quite washed out, light, bland.Comparing to another franchise BBT which I’d go in a heart beat, this to me is sub par.2-5 to 3 stars.Also, no washroom for customers.Little seatings to none.These aren’t dealbreaker.It’s more of the tastes.

I ordered pick up fpr 3 drinks. The first one is Celadon Macchiato with grassjelly. The taste is okay, the green tea has a unique flavor.The Second one is the Brown Sugar Pearl Milk. To be honest, there is no brown sugar teast at all, and even the appearance doesn't look like a brown sugar milk tea but a regular bubble tea. I didn't see any brown sugar syrup, the pearl is way too soft that has no chewyness. But the pearls taste different from the regular pearls maybe it's because of the brown suagr? Overall, the drink is not worth for $7.75 in taste and appearance wise.The last one is Passionfruit Green Tea which is the best drink among the 3 drinks. Very decent taste.

A 3.5-4 star. Good flavouring of drinks. The prices range on average of $6-7 (before tax). There is a good variety of tea based drinks that you can get and during the summer time they have drink specials that make it even more worth to go. The grass jelly brown sugar milk tea was lighter in colour than what I was used to but they did provide a lot of grass jelly. Worth trying but haven't found the drink to stand out apart from the others quite yet.
The drink was good however they forgot to put grass jelly in my drink.

This was my favourite bbt place in town. I fell in love with their Thai Milk Tea and it had been my go to ever since they opened. I was there yesterday and unfortunately, it did not taste the same as before. The tea tasted over steeped so it was bitter. I always ask for 0% sweetness but it was overly sweet yesterday. I also tried their special taro and that one tasted like milk. Prices are higher than other places.

We ordered their signature Thai brown sugar pearl milk and the brown sugar earl grey. Their pearls are very firm and we did not taste the brown sugar in any of drinks. The Thai milk tea tasted nothing like Thai milk tea at all. Both drinks were overly sweet. This place is very overly rated, we do not recommend this place to anyone.

Taro brown sugar was amazing! Also Thai brown sugar was nice. I’d go there and try more. But their straws are super delicate, don’t ever grab it hard or bite…I had to get new straw
