Best Matcha in town! I really love the matcha soft serve and iced matcha latte. There was the plenty of seating area and place is clean. It is a little hard to find parking though.

Tried their signature Drink recently, hoping for a quality matcha experience, but left a bit disappointed. The drink seemed like it was made without any sweetener, likely to highlight the “authentic” matcha flavor. For me it was bitter and tasted like water mixed with raw matcha.
Also felt the portion was small for the price, making it hard to justify. There are definitely other cafes that serve sweeter, more balanced matcha drinks at a better value.
If you like bold, unsweetened matcha, this place might be your thing — but for a more enjoyable and comforting cup, I’d go elsewhere.

The food was really good and it got there quick but I took a long time to order because the staff are really busy but they weren’t working nonstop this place is really clean even the bathrooms. Except this paper on the ground, but nobody talks about that.

The food quality at this place has definitely improved from the first time it opened. If you are a matcha/green tea fanatic this is heaven for you!!! We ordered so much pastries and parfait (recommend the parfait for sure also liked the yuzu) Loved the Houchija Latte and mango matcha!!!

Perfectly balanced matcha flavor! Not overly sweet, which lets the rich matcha taste really shine. A delightful treat for matcha lovers! I definitely recommend the yuzu shaved ice. The yuzu flavor is fragrant and refreshing!

Super grateful that this Tsujiri location is in our neighbourhood within walking distance. When we are craving dessert that isn’t overly sweet, this is the place to go.
Tsujiri’s matcha is strong, smooth, and flavourful. For years, the matcha soft serve ice cream in the waffle cone was my go-to treat - until I finally tried the houjicha (roasted matcha) soft serve - which is so incredibly delicious - making my eyes roll back into my head with pleasure. Hubby loves the houjicha soft serve in the zuzu citron float; it’s so refreshingly good! We sometimes indulge in the Tsujiri shaved ice just to mix things up. Another staple is their fresh, soft, and fluffy matcha daifuku (mochi) which is the best we have ever had - a must try.
Service is always great, and the store is clean. Ask for a stamp card when you order!

If I could pick zero stars for the drinks I would. It cost me 18$ for two drinks that ended up in the garbage. Absolutely don’t recommend. It may look good but it is the grosses matcha I’ve ever had.

we went to this place because i have been obsessed with matcha these days, and i wanted to go to as many as cafes i can find in calgary that has matcha!
my bf got the “yuzu mousse cake” that we definitely will never come back for. the flavour is so bland. we cannot taste anything on the cake except for the gel thing on the top. it tasted like an artificial strawberry, and it also felt like we were eating plastic. the texture of the cake was really dry, and had no moisture at all, which made us feel like they were getting stuck on our throat. we’ve never been to this cafe, so we thought that the cake was going to be a good portion and size, but it was way too tiny. it was atleast two bites. 1/3 of the cake, we found a piece of HAIR which was really disgusting, and disappointing. we didn’t ask for a new one because we were simply done with this cake. i don’t know what we were expecting, but i guess we had too much expectations. i recommend that people never try this. it’s overpriced for a small cake that tastes horrible.
on the other hand, i got myself the dessert parfait with the mix icecream which was so good!! we were so disappointed with the cake, but after having the let down and having the icecream, it was so good. the size was small as well. we thought it would be big because in the pictures they looked big. i have nothing else to say about mine because it was good, just an advice is the portion and the size of it!
the person who took our order was a little rude. she was not smiling at all, and when we asked about something, her attitude was telling us that she did not want to be there and she just simply wanted to take orders and serve. we were a little offended but it’s okay because the icecream was ok..
overall it was a 5/10 experience, i do not know if we will ever go back, but i will keep this place in mind if i ever want an expensive small matcha icecream. 😊
