The food was great and so was the cashier, Abby.Abby was gracious and very friendly, making it worth coming back even though the food may be slightly above average regarding price.She recommended the Beef Masman Curry for my first time so I ordered it with coconut rice, and it was delicious. I was afraid at first when I didn't taste coconut, but later the flavour was strong.My experience was fantastic overall, would definitely come back to this location for lunch if Abby was working there.

The food is delicious but one of the cashiers has poor English and acts clueless. This kid can't understand a simple order and asks me the same question repeatedly. The other cashier is much better, speaks fluent English and seems to know what she is doing. In general, I miss the days when there were normal acting people. working here. Owner must be hiring people based on nationality (Indian) rather than skill.

I ordered the green curry chicken lotus box. I expected more for an order that was $13.95 plus tax. The order came with mostly rice and sauce, a few pieces of chicken and vegetables. Very disappointing. The pink box looked fancy, that's about it. I won't go back.

Having been going for lunch from few months now. The service is really fast and they have lot veggie/Gluten Free options. Candied Cauliflower ( So Good ) and Tamarind Tofu is best! The quantity is really good for the value of money !Highly recommend Tuk Tuk At Fifth Ave !!!

I eat here in a regular basis and order the same thing every time. I went today at the rush of lunch hour and i asked for a cashew chicken with noodles instead of rice.She said the kichen was too busy to make a rice substitute for this dish?I asked whats the difference if i ordered the noodle bowl flavor. And just the flavor is all i could decipher?? So i ordered the rice in awe anyway.So i go to get my order and there were no forks to eat my lunch?I asked for a fork and she apologized and said i should go next door to her neighboring business and steal their forks.??I was shocked and said are you kidding? How about you go and steal from your competitors? Im a paying customer!She said she could go steal it for me but then shed have to steal for every customer behind me as well. So i insisted she go play criminal and steal for her stock issue herself!So she did, and then didnt give me my drink either. Not really the issue.Management needs to step up the customer relations and be on top of essential stocked items!This is not really the fault of the lady at the order desk more a Management incompetence and employee education issue.So unprofessional.If you offer noodle dishes dont say your to busy to give noodles with any dish. Charge exyra if need be!If you dropped the ball and are out of eating utensils....go get them NOW!DON'T ASK THE CUSTOMER TO GO STEAL FROM ANOTHER COMPANY!UN #%@&&$ING BELIEVABLE!
I only gave a 3 star in atmosphere due to eating in a food court really wanted to do a dine in restaurant but I was doing the 15+having said food court was beautiful and clean. Now the food..to die for..the spring rolls and my Beef Masman was tasty..the meat was so tender..the curry had a great intense flavour...I choose tge coconut rice jut jasmine would had been great too!

This week, the company I work for catered an event for 50 people. I was in correspondence with Alexis and Sahil regarding potential catering, and they did an amazing job. The delivery was seamless and on time, the food was hot upon arrival, and the communication between our company and Tuk Tuk Thai was phenomenal. We ordered 50 lotus boxes, and everyone loved them...my personal favorite is the red curry and chicken! There were a variety of dietary restrictions that we had to work around (gluten allergy, nut allergy, vegetarian, and dairy free) but the staff made it incredibly easy to work around - they are very accommodating towards dietary restrictions. Overall, our experience was fantastic! I will definitely be catering work events from Tuk Tuk Thai in the future, as well as ordering personal orders for myself.

Thirty nine minutes after placing my order I got it. Nothing complicated about the order, just curry chicken. This is absolutely insane for a food court location. Absolutely brutal.
