I was staying in the Holiday Inn (this place is on the 2nd floor) for a week. I had anticipated Me and my boyfriend would eat here a few times over the course of my stay here; after all, I was in town for the whole week. However, I am very sad to say that there are a lot of things to say about this restaurant, and NONE of them are positive.

First off, the place looks and feels claustrophobic. There are a lot of tables and not a lot of space to navigate through them. Then, our server took our drink orders, which should have been fine...but then, we had someone else ask us what we wanted to drink shortly after, which shouldn't happen in a restaurant. In addition, it took us over 5 minutes to get some water and Lipton tea.

Then, the biggest issue began. The price of the food indicated that we'd be in for at least decent food initially, with entrees being around CA$25 (I'm from America, so it's closer to US$18, which isn't all that bad admittedly). But...I ordered a plate of spaghetti Bolognese, and hubby ordered the salmon with a salad. The server, 5 minutes later, came BACK and asked me what side i wanted (because he forgot to do so in the first place). Then, it took almost 25 minutes to get our 2 plates of food. Must mean it's good, right?

Wrong. SO VERY WRONG. My plate of spaghetti Bolognese tasted like chewing on tubes of tetanus (incredible how metallic and abhorrently repulsive the sauce was, truly). And hubby's salmon was super small and had no flavor. His fries came unsalted and flimsy, and it came with a weird aioli of some sort on the side that was just pure liquid. If I could rate this place a -5 star rating, it would be well deserved. I would rather sacrifice my first born child to Satan himself than eat here again. Avoid this place like the black death, because that's what the food tasted like.

The food was delicious, always warm and fresh. The staff was wonderful, especially Nicky. She always has a smile on her face. She helped us alot on this trip telling us how to get around without a vehicle.
She was always there to answer any questions or to take our plates when we were finished.
I would definitely stay here again.

It was an ok experience. I had walked in wanting to order off of the menu but unfortunately had to settle for the buffet AND pay for the buffet due to the place being shortstaffed , I would normally expect to be able to order from the main menu especially when it’s already well into the morning. Food was pretty mediocre but I wouldn’t really expect it to be amazing from a place like this. Props to Nicky though for being very friendly and attentive even though it was busy and it seemed like she was working alone at the time. She even attended to my allergy which I appreciate.

Food could use an upgrade sadly. Right menu but food doesnt taste 'fresh'. Dessert too sadly. Nice little area for watching sports games if staying at hotel!

The food was below average and the service would be better at a fast food restaurant. Waiters would prefer to watch the shows on TV or be on their phones. Only good thing was the drinks were good and cold but over priced for cocktails.

No gluten free options. Kitchen couldn't/wouldn't offer steak & veg option other than prime rib or sirloin at $37 or $ 39. Exasperated I asked if I could not order .... Was told no problem... Then they charged large group even though I couldn't eat. Also 1 if our 5 meals (steak sandwich ) appeared to be a cut in half and served only one of the halves ( There were 2 other steak sandwiches that appeared normal). Seating was quick. Food came in a timely fashion. But only one how is everything then nothing. One water pitcher ( small) for 6 people. No offer to refill. And we had to chase for the bill. 4 of 5 meals looked excellent and were reported to taste good or very good. It was quiet ( few guests), no intrusive music and great for easy conversation.

Dietary restrictions: No gluten free.

Wheelchair accessibility: Elevator via hotel.

Looks like it would be a very nice place. Very clean and modern. I was here on a Sunday night for dinner. Not busy at all. Food was OK. Not sure I would go back but it was convenient being in the hotel I was staying at.

Pathetic service!! Food was very good though, and the restaurant it self was nice. But they were extremely slow took 15-20 minutes after we asked for the bill and it was dead in there

Where to begin, walked in for dinner. There were four people in the restaurant I was solo. I sat down and apparently cause I didn’t order alcohol. That didn’t seem to go over that well as the waitress kind of huff about it. And have to gain when I wasn’t ready to place my order, because I was trying to figure out what gluten-free option to eat because they don’t really have gluten-free per Se. I did order and she delivered the food. She never came back and checked on me. She never asked me if I was all right she never did anything including not delivering the bill, so I got up to pay the bill. And they tried to promt 20% tip. I had a burger and fries if you mess that up well, there’s something wrong it was average it was a burger and fries. But the service was atrocious.Let’s go to phase 2 !I walk in in the morning to have breakfast, Breakfast is over so you must order off of the regular day menu. So I sat down and I waited and I waited and I waited and I waited. The two staff members were cleaning the buffet up and ignore me. So I walked out. I did go to the front desk and tell them they didn’t really seem to care either. Overall, don’t expect ANY service or great food.
