Always came here for food after work, service is still terrible. I kid you not I’ve never left a bad review on this store but a few nights ago it was completely insulting. I am a starving university student and two items were 50$, I usually leave a tip but this time the smallest tip I could give was 10$ and so I couldn’t really afford the tip. The person at the till/register gave me attitude for not tipping, glaring at me and saying that “not even a 10% tip? At least tip?” Food is okay, as most of the time I end work late and everything else is closed so my stomach doesn’t really play picky. Other wise, the food is very salty, and the place is very unhygienic, having NUMEROUS rat infestations. Never going back, I’ve frequently went here multiple times as a child with my family and even to this day, so congratulations you’ve lost a frequenting customer. Like how are you going to be a working adult, and basically coerce a young girl to tip? They declined my card at first and then when I tipped it suddenly worked. I do not appreciate the hostility and unprofessional behaviour.

Visited in August long weekend 2023. Not good. Typically authentic Chinese restaurants include soup and dessert in meals. Not this place. Expensive, too salty and oily. Flavourful was ok tbut too much salt and oil. Small dishes. We got sick after because of too much oil and salt seasoning. Typical rude service this place is famous for. Not good.

Service never changed. Waitresses turn their backs on you each and every time even if you are not done talking speaking out your orders yet! Specially this lady in eyeglasses. Then when they get your orders wrong they give you the attitude and do not speak at all!! No manners!

Delicious food! Love the sweet ladies that work here.. very polite and always willing to help with whatever we need. Great place to take small kids for dinner. They provide high chairs, kids plates and cutlery. Will come back again soon. Thank

The food was very good, however, when it came time to pay we wanted to tip with cash but the when the server saw that we didn’t select a tip she tried to cancel the payment on the machine and was insisting that we tip, when she realized that the payment had already went through she charged us for our takeout boxes thinking we’d tip there. Because of her nasty attitude we decided not to give her the cash.
