Food quality wasn't as good as previous times. Hoping it is just a one time situation. Service is always good. Atmosphere is a bit dull in the winter time. It is nicer when you can sit outside. Feels bigger and not crammed in up against other people.Parking: You may not be able to park directly outside the restaurant. There is paid parking along the green space. Very obvious as to where this is. Or paid/free street parking after 5pm/6pm that is a short walk.

They accidentally made it as a regular one with bacon, but my friend is vegetarian, and our lovely server noticed and brought us a whole new one that was vegetarian friendly for us!I don't remember our servers name, but she was amazing! And I want to say a huge thank you to her for making our experience the best of the best

I usually love this location, but the service was so sad! Our server left for the end of their shift, and after that, no one checked on us to refill water or ask how we were doing. It wasn’t busy, and we went 3 hours before they started closing, so I wondered why we received such poor service. Today was my birthday dinner, and it was just such a letdown. The food was terrific, as always. It's just unfortunate the experience with the workers wasn’t great.

We order the pepperoni pizza and the local pizza and it is our favorite pizza in the whole city! I can devour a whole pizza and not feel gross. It's not greasy at all and there's not a lot of cheese on it which is still amazing!The only downside is they are only on Uber eats and with the new update where drivers can do multiple deliveries we ended up having to cancel our order as it is two minutes from our house and the Uber driver drove all the way downtown. Not una's fault but would prefer if they had the option to go on skip the dishes.

Went in stood at the door. Wasn’t acknowledged: finally the girl working, said hello. And sat me. I felt like I was an inconvenience for her. I told her that i would like to look: maybe have an appy. & get something to take home/ i sat for over 10 minutes, nobody asked me if i wanted a drink besides tap water. There was one table inside the place/ seems getting her napkins folded was priority. I felt so un-invited I left: this is the 1st time I have experienced this at UNA. Usually it’s very welcoming and a fun place. It’s really too bad. I will not be returning to Bridgeland location that’s for sure. Maybe 17th is a better bet ?

THE BEST STAFF SERVICE AND PIZZA IN THE CITY!!!!! Managers Thom and Maia, you can expect top level service from the top down! Whether you're ordering takeaway or eat in , they have such great options for alcohol drinkers and non! Love the 4MAggi pizza with all my heart and the food here is ALWAYS consistent. I also love the honey ricotta on little brioche cornbread toast thingies - legit the stuff dreams are made out of.

Went for dinner on Friday evening, quite busy but we had reservations so there was no issue. We got our table immediately despite we reached before time and staff being so patient as we waited for a good amount of time before order for one of our friend to join for dinner. We ordered food and drinks and everyone loved the food. To our surprise cocktail ? Basil Smash was outstanding. Will visit this place again for sure. We all had lovely evening and enjoyed food.

Always consistently delicious food with large portions which are reflected in the prices being a little higher. But I go as a treat because everything is so good, knowing I will be paying more but getting more! Wait staff are attentive and friendly. Rose wine sangria cannot be beat. Ricotta with brioche small plate is a must, you will be pleasantly surprised! Check out the weekly 'Plate' - a unique creation of flavours to try. Looking forward to summer and the cozy patio.
