UNA pizza + wine Calgary: 17th Ave

we were dining many times before but this time I'm afraid is gonna be the last time. Server was very unpleasant and food didn't seem to be made of aa fresh ingridients as used to be

everything was great until they put a 20% autograt on a 6 person table and didn't tell anyone

Amazing food and server was great, seats were just way too tight, we were in the middle of 2 other couples...not much privacy. Completely understand it was a busy night though!

It was Valentines Day Dinner. So it was very busy. We had a nice privste table towards the back of the reasturant. Server was great. Food was amazing! Only draw back was - we were so close to the kitchen it gets really hot - can smell of gas from the pizza ovens.

We went there this evening and we're sat promptly. The browned butter old fashion was amazing. The risotto, top notch. The pizza was a bit underwhelming to be honest. The crust was okay, with no flavor of its own. Toppings were lovely. The service timing however was not good. There was about 15 minutes between the risotto appetizer and the pizza itself. Then another 15 minutes of just waiting for the bill after we asked for a box, for the pizza we couldn't finish because by the time it hit the table, my stomache had already started to digest. So about 25 minutes of experience and 30ish minutes of waiting.. Just seemed a bit disorganized. Also just a heads up that it is an incredibly tight restaurant. If you are sitting in a chair vs the booth, your chair will get kicked constantly

Ordered a pepperoni and veg pizza for pick up. It was quite disappointing taste wise (cold and damp) and the price was quite ridiculous for the 2 or so ingredients that were on it. Isn't worth the hype sadly, won't be coming back..

I’ve been here 3 times within the last year and the service has been abysmal. The servers constantly inform us that they have a reservation within an hour as soon as we are seated. Then, when we receive our food they ignore us for at least 30 minutes until they come to give us a 10 minute warning that we need to go (despite not coming back to our table after we finished our food and not offering us our bill). They also never offer dessert. I’d understand if our server was busy but I constantly saw them behind the bar chatting with their coworkers. The only server who was kind to us was the host.

Been going to Una for 10 years and I really think the pizzas need a revamp. The appetizers and pastas are great but pizzas are pretty bland, and the crust is dry. I think if they dialled in on a new pizza line up it would give Una a spark again.

I use to love going to this place and been going here since 2015, and they did had good service. Last 3 visit we had, it went down hill. its getting worst and worst. The food is good but the service was just average. You hold a very high standard una, I will still come here for food but wont expect a lot from your service going forward. I

Food was okay and drinks were mid. It was just too packed and tight, would not go there again.
