Usually pizza is bang on. Not this time. Lasagna pizza with the ragu had no ragu. Disappointment. Grilled beans were very good. Server was indifferent.
Una is a true restaurant gem. Food is always stellar with unique tasty delights. Service is equally impressive. Terrific servers. Drea is our favorite.
Always a great experience at Una . Servers were friendly and great except for the wait time between our salads and main which was unusually long . One of our pizza came out cold but it was quickly taken care of which we appreciated.
Always great food and service. We order the community feature pizza every time and it is always a hit.
Ordered a Sweet and Spicy Prosciutto pizza for takeout and it was honestly terrible…
I actually arrived a little early to pick up the pizza (probably 10 minutes before the time they anticipated it being ready). I could instantly tell that the box was pretty cold, but whatever I paid and drove 5 minutes to my house. The pizza box leaked everywhere all over my wife. I guess they put some runnier sauce on the pizza like honey (or it was grease?). Anyways, got back home with my upset wife and the pizza is not only cold, but half the cheese isn’t even melted. The pizza was so so so undercooked, so floppy and so wet and soggy. It was honestly impressively bad for a $27 pizza. Unfortunately this would have to be our last order from Una Pizza (we’ve ordered 3 times from here before, all pizza, and all mediocre at best. But this time was astonishingly bad and gross).

Worst experience ever. We went for dinner. One of my kids thrown up little bit, because he didn’t like one of the dishes. The owner came immediately and ask us if we would like our food to go. He said my kid is sick. I said no. Then he asked my wife again the same question. Basically he just wants us to leave. The restaurant also charged 20% tips automatically. We have 5 people only. 20% tip should be charged for 6 people or more and it is on their website. Would not recommend this restaurant. They don’t care about their customer at all.

Has gone downhill so much. Used to be our pizza favorite. Just ordered a pepperoni & mushroom and a 4 meat. Overcooked to the point that all the dough was grey (not black from being spot burnt), dried out and all I could taste was salt. It’s too bad!

Always wonderful food. Had the monthly special, a community plate called Harissa shrimp spaghettini. My daughter had her favourite margarita pizza without basil and my husband and I shared a lovely and simple green salad with apple and sunflower seeds. He also had a meat inspired pizza. Our server was kind enough to take pictures from different perspectives we honoured his going the extra mile with a bigger tip

We were given a gift card to Una for Christmas and figured we would check out this location. We ordered the arancini which were delicious and prompt. For the main course, I ordered the gnocchi which were also delicious and came in a timely manner. However, the pizza my husband ordered came 10 minutes after my main dish. Not only did we not get to eat at the same time (they cleared my plate before bringing his pizza), but the bottom was quite doughy and the top was charred. At this point we knew we didn't want to come back here so decided to spend the rest of the gift card. We asked for a dessert menu but instead the waitor brought the debit machine and bill. We once again asked for the menu and ordered a cappuccino and cheesecake. The cheesecake was great but unfortunately they brought us a latte instead. There was absolutely no acknowledgment of the poor timing, wrong order, and poorly cooked pizza.

Service was exceptional. Staff were super friendly! I was not a big fan of the honey tasting pizza, but it wasn’t bad… the problem here is parking. Both the street and the parkade are packed, I imagine it will only get worse when the new restaurants open across the street. Might be convenient if you live nearby and can walk, otherwise if driving I don’t think it’s worth the hassle. I can’t believe the city lets developers get away with this.

The broccolini was really good. The pizza was terrible though. The vegetarian was alright but the margarita pizza was just terrible. The service was good though.

Very delicious thin crust pizza! Love the simple greens salad too - wonderful vinaigrette. Had the meatballs last time with salad and pizza - will come back for that again. Quick service in a packed restaurant because the flavours, service and quality will bring you back.
