Ordered gluten free pizza and the pizza came out with regular crust. Also the other tables that came in after us got their food first. Wasn’t a good experience

We’ve been coming to this location for several years but our last few visits have have been very disappointing with respect to the service and overall professionalism of the staff. The service has declined significantly and we often find ourselves waiting for great lengths of time not knowing where our server is. It also seems to have devolved into an atmosphere where the staff seem to be joking around and socializing amongst themselves instead of paying attention to customers.
Not sure we’ll be back any time soon.

The Tiki pizza has changed unfortunately for the worse. It used to be very good with ham slices, thin crust and jalapeño oil. The new recipe is prosciutto with no spice to it and it tastes bland and fatty. The prosciutto didn’t seem cooked enough and the pizza was cold on delivery. Crust is also much thicker and not enjoyable.

We decided to visit the Broadcast location last night rather than 17th in the hope it might be a little less noisy. Unfortunately not and the tables are as close together which results in your server having to stand with their back to the next table which is rather unfortunate. Despite that our server Drea was professional, engaged and invested and made our experience a positive one. I ordered my usual dish - the spaghettini with a substitution of tagliatelle which was far spicier than usual. A momentary lapse perhaps on the kitchen's part. My husband's pizza was perfection - the closest to any I have had while living in Italy. Definitely order their cappuccinos to finish ( and yes, I know ... but we're in Canada 😀) - creamy, frothy, wonderful !

This place was awesome, with it's bare concrete walls and wood paneling. The pizza was on another level, and every other pizza place has been ruined for me. I truely enjoyed my time here, and the service, although slow, was fabulous. The place lived up to its reputation 100%.

We came for lunch on a Monday. It was not busy, but somehow we were there for 1.5 hours. We ordered 1 salad and 2 pizzas and they took forever. Waited over an hour for the pizzas and they came out cold and we had to ask for them to heat them up. Unfortunate because I’m usually an Una lover!

Unfortunately we had incredibly slow service for our lunch and had to flag the server down for updates multiple times. Not what I would have expected from Una! The food was great as usual.

I’ve been a regular customer for years, but tonight I lost them for good.

Even though I arrived on time for pickup, I had to wait an extra 30 minutes. After the long wait, I returned to my car and realized they forgot to give me the cream for my dessert. When I went back to let them know, the woman simply tossed it to me without any apology.

When I got home, I discovered they had also forgotten both the free and the paid sides. After a long weekend, I was really looking forward to a comforting Friday dinner, but the experience was completely ruined.

What surprised me most was that no one ever apologized until I explicitly pointed it out. The pizza is not worth putting up with this level of service. I’m done with Una.

To be honest... We don't go as often anymore because it doesn't feel as good as it used to be. One of our kids was in town and they requested it. This experience was awesome. The pizza was excellent. We always order the Caesar salad. It was perfect if not exceptional. Service was great.

Glad to see the tiki pizza is back with the jalapeño oil. Not happy that the local pizza had no sauce and had to pay $3 for sauce. Pizzas came out cold. Still good.

We visited Una Pizza + Wine in West Calgary last Friday. It was crowded, but with our reservation we were seated quickly. The service was fast and friendly, as always. The food was decent, though we've noticed the overall quality has dipped a bit since last summer. The pasta was a bit saltier than needed, and the dates with prosciutto were dry and chewy. Still, it's a lively spot with a good atmosphere and consistently great service.
