Honestly, they should review their menu where they just don't want to make more money from the guests but provide them with more options.
They removed chicken from each of their pasta and make you buy it as an extra for additional fee(cheap strategy)
Waiters are just there to make your bill go up so that they can get better tip. Again, this is losing them the business.
Charged $3 for 1 gram of extra cheese on side(ridiculous)
Never going there again.

Amazing service, good slices of pizza for a good price. Aside from that they serve the whole menu from UNA franchise as well. Had an amazing lunch :)

Kale salad was great and nice selection of cocktails. We tried the seasonal peach pizza and we were very disappointed in the quality and taste. Lots of crust with less toppings spread throughout. Everything was good except the pizza and we usually love their pizza choices.

Pretty damn good pizza! The price is very decent for the quality but I do have one complaint. The cheese falls off the pizza and the crust gets way too thin toward the center leaving it floppy and soggy. Thin crust is fine, it’s a preference, but there needs to be an equal crust layer guys! Roll back that big crust and load up on the toppings instead, felt like I had a giant breadstick and half a pizza, I do love me breadsticks but I paid for pizza :)
Everything else is top notch though, great ingredients, super friendly staff and beautiful dining area.
There is one thing about this location that absolutely sucks though. There is nowhere to park to pick up your pie!! I tried around back, down the street, almost everywhere within a 10 min walk is either a reserved lot or paid. Since there’s a dedicated takeaway storefront, I feel like you NEED a dedicated pickup spot or 2 out front or out back.

Una Pizzeria offers a delightful dining experience with its inviting atmosphere and mouthwatering pizzas. The cozy ambiance and friendly staff make it a perfect spot for a casual meal or a gathering with friends. The pizzas are expertly crafted with fresh ingredients, creating a symphony of flavors with every bite. While the service is generally prompt and attentive, there were occasional delays during peak hours. Nevertheless, Una Pizzeria remains a top choice for pizza lovers looking for quality and taste, earning a solid 4 out of 5 stars.

Una Takeaway is a super idea for pizza service of the mothership restaurant next door. At Takeaway, you can get single slice offerings of a variety of pizzas immediately. The space is not really for staying though there are some small nooks along the wall. The service was good. Very helpful and quick. The food is amazing. Though obviously not as good as if you ordered it fresh. The pizzas on the carousel have been sitting out for a while. All around, I love this compliment to the restaurant if I'm in a hurry or alone. And then I can also try a variety of flavors.4 x ????

I would give this place zero stars if i could
Can you make a reservation? No. Can you get on their wait list before 6 pm? No. Do the staff know this when you call to ask why you can’t get on the wait list? Not the one we talked to. Can you get a half and half pizza? No. Do their pizzas come with cheese? Not all of them. Do they tell you which pizzas don’t have cheese when you’re ordering? No. Will I be going back? No.
Gréât food and service Our server Andrew was very friendly and professional. Pizza was excellent and tasty. Thé service was prompt and attentive . Would definitely recommend.
I rarely give 5 stars...and I've tried a lot of pizza including many places in Italy. I had the Quatro Carne, or maybe it was the Carne Quatro - absolutely the best pizza I had had in years! The service was also 5-star.
I picked up 3 take-and-bake pizzas – Pepperoni, Quattro Carne (4 meats), and Tiki (Ham & Pineapple)...Oct 2022. The Pepperoni and Quattro Carne pizzas had no pizza cheese on top, and looked like they had a very minimal amount of cheese under the meat. Like...who doesn't put cheese on the top of a pizza? But the worst of the lot was the Tiki. Rather than used pineapple chunks like you see on virtually all other Hawaiian pizzas, they use shredded pineapple. End result?...the entire pizza tasted like a semi-sweet mush. Absolutely the worst Hawaiian pizza I've ever had, and by a long stretch. They say their crust is thin crust. I'd say it's medium. It's still about ¼" thick after baking. True thin crust pizza, in my opinion, is about half that. All in all, there's a lot better pizza to be had in Calgary. I'll be giving Una a "no thanks" next time.
