Veranda at The Stables

Awesome patio, lots of tables, room for dogs, kids etc. Had to wait awhile for meal. Food average and expensive. Beer flavours were off (sulphur taste) on 2 of 4 beers we had. Such a great location and patio, but food and beer needs serious improvement!

Sierrah was our server and was literally the greatest. The food was great, but even if it wasn’t I would be back because the service was that good.
Our friends just got engaged and she made the night so enjoyable and special for all of us.

Pros: Lovely venue, dog friendly patio, great food and drink selection with many dairy and gluten considerate options.
Cons: brutal service quality, had to get up from the table twice to get a new drink and ask for the bill, rarely a check in on the experience, were out of 6 different things we tried to order at 7pm on Saturday evening.

Classic scenario of the food quality carrying the service staff to success. Almost 20 mins for drinks and 30+ mins for cold dish appies. Heard many complaints from other tables around us about food times. Food quality was great even though almost nothing of what we wanted was available.

Lexy Georgia was our server and she was absolutely amazing. She was sure to check on us just often enough to make sure we had water filled and drinks at the right time. She gave us recommendations for our meals and was so helpful. We’d definitely come back just because of her but the food was great and we enjoyed our first visit here.

We went to Veranda for the first time last night and had a wonderful experience! Chassity made some great food and beverage recommendations, with the Whipped Feta quickly winning our hearts and tastebuds over. She was the perfect amount of attentive, staying for a quick chat here and there when time permitted, and always with a smile on her face. Special shoutout to Mary, who at the request of our original server, swung by our table to make sure we didn’t need anything else while Chassity was tied up with another table. She was just as friendly, and made sure to clarify she was just helping out to avoid any confusion. The teamwork between the staff at this place is amazing to watch and helps keep things flowing throughout the entire experience. We will definitely be back!

Great service and good food. The cocktails are amazing, food is wonderful, beer has some interesting rotations too. We had the cactus prickly pear seasonal.

Lexy Georgia was my server the other night while my boyfriend and I sat on the patio, the weather was amazing and so was she. Being very personable, Lexy made my decision making that much easier. The food was great and I already have plans to revisit!

We went there twice, both times the food was sub bar and below 'restaurant' quality. Their hummus is a weird imaginary take on something I don't know what, but I know what it isn't, and it is not mashed chickpeas with tahina and lemon

Second time, the burger was the thinnest patty you can imagine with maybe 20 fries in a small bowl? the burger lacked a sense of identity and the bun was meh...for $20

Waitress didn't bring water as requested, food took 45 minutes to cook (a burger!), and waitress had no idea what is in their Hawaiian pizza and gave the wrong answer eventually

The brewery and distillery had fun elements, these are 4 stars+..

but the food/restaurant aspect of this business needs serious reconsideration
