The best pizza in town! I recommend this place to all my friends and family that work nearby as their pizza is amazing. They are incredibly generous with the amount of toppings, the sauce tastes so authentic, and all their pizzas taste great. I do recommend going before the lunch rush to get the pizza you prefer.

No one in this city knows how to make a proper Pizza You don't slap down pieces of lunch meat....it's not a sandwich. You need to chop up ham into small pieces so that it cooks properly. Otherwise the dough under the slice of ham is wet and not fully cooked. Pathetic

A great lunch option when working downtown. I always go for the pizza by the slice. Their sauce is delicious and the crust is crispy. Recently tried their sweet chilli pizza with ham and pineapple, amazing.

I just tried Verona pizza for the first time, I was on my way back home from running errands in the plus 15. I was craving pizza and so there it was! I got the vegetarian and omg it is the best pizza i've had in like forever! I've tried high end pizza places where the cost is ridiculously high and the toppings are sparse. This pizza was loaded with toppings. This will definitely my go to place for pizza from now on

Verona Pizza is Calgary’s best! We recently had the pleasure of serving our guests Verona Pizza. Almost everyone asked where the pizza was from, and commented on how good it was! The slices are very generous sizes and the cheese and toppings were all so delish! We will definitely be ordering again!

My issue is with the lady at the front…
I physically came right at 11AM when they opened to order 2x 13 inch pizzas for a team work lunch. I asked the lady at the front if it was possible, I was reasonable enough to understand that it might not be since the lunch rush would start soon.
The lady asked the kitchen/back, she said it’d take 30mins. Great, ordered a pepperoni and vegetarian (coworkers with dietary restrictions).
I comeback after 30-40mins to pick up, and the lady made a big fuss about me ordering 2x 13 inch pizzas. I literally asked if it’s possible before ordering, if not I’d have gone somewhere else.
I leave after getting the pizzas, but I didn’t check until I got back to my office and they gave me a pepperoni + hawaiian (ham). Hawaiian is cool, but I needed veggie for my vegetarian coworkers.
Would it have changed if I checked right as they passed it to me? Too late anyways since I’d have to wait another 30 for them to remake the correct one.
If you think you’re gonna stress out your kitchen, just say no… You have every right to say no, but don’t say yes and make a customer feel bad after the fact.
Charge on my credit card to prove I did in fact come here.
