The worst Vietmanese food I've ever had.
Ordered the beef and spring roll noodles for 18 bucks. The noodles were soggy and like a day old. The beef was gray and lacked char, seasoning, and somehow happened to be mushy. The vegetables were scarce. And the fish sauce was watered down with no flavor. Pick another food truck. You will be disappointed. What a waste of 20 bucks.

Worked in the Stampede and bought 4 Banh Mis for lunch in a week. The first 3 were awesome with crispy bread, nice sate sauce and fresh ingredients, but the last one was not toasted enough. Would recommend with 5 stars if food quality can be more stable.

First time going to this food truck. I decided to pick up lunch after the train show at the Genesis Centre. I ordered the Beef Sate Sub and the guy taking my order proceeded to tell me "no" he will not take my order until I call it a Banh Mi. I had to argue with him that I can call it a sub if I like. He kept telling me to call it a Banh Mi. Ironically on his sign he actually calls it a sub. Then to top if off as I picked up the sub, he told me " This will be the best Banh Mi you will ever had." Well, I was surely disappointed. It was probably the worst Vietnamese Sub I have ever had. I would not go back here ever again. $12 for a sub and it was a super discouraging experience.

Ordered a beef sub and it was nothing but gross. The beef was cooked gray, no caramelized. The vegetable toppings were really scarce. Definitely not $12 worth. There was only one other person before me but waited 15 minutes for one sub.

I was accidentally double charged for my meal. I did not realize this had happened until later. I found the owners email address online and sent off a request for a refund. I received an apology and a refund! Great points for customer service. Now the food truck needs to work on food quality that matches its customer service. My meal was not great. Had much better Vietnamese food in Calgary.

The chicken on the vermicelli was undercooked - portions of it were completely raw. The sub was contained about half of what you would expect from any of the amazing Vietnamese restaurants in this city. For the price, this food truck provided very little value.

Bridgeland Night Market was packed. The staff hustled to get everyone served. Chicken sate subs, spring rolls and salad rolls were all delish for a snack in the park.
