This is a great place for authentic Vietnamese street food. We had the Roasted pork Bahn Mi and Char Sui Bahn Mi, Combo appetizer and Egg Coffee. It was all delicious! The bahn mi baguettes were lightly toasted, the pork was delicious and the pickled vegetables on top were fresh & flavorful. Service was very friendly and helpful. We sat at the window & people-watched while we ate, was a very relaxing casual environment. Also, it was my first egg-coffee. It was delicious, a little sweet and rich. I have already been back for more! This has become a new local favorite.
You could tell the quality of the food. The vegetables and the breads are fresh. The flavour is perfect! They gave me stamp and cookies for free, just to try. The service is amazing! The staffs are very friendly. They care. I strongly recommend the egg-coffee and egg-baguettes. Hospitality is rare and they have it. Dining at Viet-Bites is an experience by itself. I

Today is the 4th of April 2004 I ordered two soup from this restaurant I'm not a very happy with the soup why? because the soup is $14 in a small container and the veggies are all Frozen vegetables it does not taste good. why can't they just cut fresh carrots fresh cauliflowers fresh broccoli and make nice soup? is not nice and it's expensive no!!! start buying fresh vegetables so that we can pay expensive for fresh soup, it's all frozen supposed to be cheaper like 5 dollar.Will ask before buying soup ? if veggies are fresh or not not ?
