The Hainanese chicken presentation was atrocious. The manager just adjusted it but the chicken was overcooked and tasted not like the Southeast Asian flavor.

Cozy restaurant with good food.
It was our second time in a week going there.
We had the beef noodles soup and beef satay Bahn mi. The broth is super tasty and the ingredients very fresh.
Would highly recommend.

My favourite Vietnamese restaurant on the West side. It can be a little hit and miss as far as skimping on ingredients goes, but the flavour never disappoints.

Came at 11:06am on Saturday. Doors closed, no one at the restaurant. Advertised hours state they open at 11am. Left disappointed having driven here for nothing :/
Always wonderful food and service! I come here so often the staff is so great! Over the summer I had especially a great experience with Anthony.

The service at this place is extremely slow. Every time we ordered, it took forever for them to make just one or two bowls of soup. Coming from Asia, where pho is usually served quickly, this is the slowest pho restaurant I’ve ever encountered.
When you visit, you’ll notice at least five Uber Eats or delivery drivers waiting around, looking visibly unhappy with the long delays. The servers don’t seem to care at all. I asked a man behind the counter, probably in his mid-30s, why it was taking so long, and while he did provide an update, it didn’t make up for the poor experience.
The customer service here is really bad, and I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re looking for a quick or pleasant dining experience.

I used to visit here quite often since its close to where I live but the quality of the food and service has gone down a lot. The portion has shrunk and price increased pretty dramatically. Last time I had a server with airpods on that couldn’t hear what I was saying to him, nor could I get any attention whenever I needed something. I asked for a pair of scissors to cut my salad rolls and was given a pair of rusty children’s craft scissors. He said there weren’t any kitchen scissors. I also found a strand of hair in my soup today. Didn’t care to let the server know because I probably will not visit again.

I haven't been here in a while, and was pleasantly surprised with the menu refresh. The food has always been delicious - and I was not disappointed.
