A small Vietnamese restaurant bungled in the industrial area a truly hidden gem and could be easily missed. as a Chef myself who have been to over 50 Vietnamese restaurants here in Calgary This is definitely in my top three. Had one of the best bowl of pho for 15$ Loaded with fresh Thai basil and crispy bean sprouts with the broth being one of the most rich and flavourful in the city. I would Have attached an image to my picture, but the food was so good. I devoured it. This is my first time being here and I definitely will be back. 10/10 Not to mention the friendly staff, I had come today on Boxing Day a day after Christmas and I felt like I was at home eating a home-cooked meal!

was excited to try Viet To Go Subs, but the experience fell flat. The bread wasn’t fresh, the vegetables didn’t have that crisp, vibrant flavor you expect from a bánh mì, and the meat was dry with almost no seasoning. Even the pickled veggies tasted dull. The whole sandwich felt rushed and low-quality. Definitely not a place I’d go back to. And the boy who is in the front is very rude.

We were running errands, saw this place, decided to stop in for a bite and we are so happy we did. The sate beef bahn mi was so fresh and flavourful. The beef was perfectly spiced and juicy while the bun was warm, with a crispy toasted outside but soft on the inside. The staff were so sweet and helpful with their recommendations. This will definitely become a regular go to!

Looking for authentic Viet Subs or Pho, look no further! I’ve been around the city looking for delicious authentic Viet subs and this place is THE PLACE! I highly recommend the beef satay and cold cut subs!!
