Yesterday we were in your restaurant in creekside . I always ordered the same food . The other waitress always gave the 5 dollars coupon. But Yesterday nite. I was line up to.wait for the bill to pay. I saw the waitress gave the western lady for 5 dollars coupons for delivery. I paid for her over 30 dollars she never gave me the coupon. It is not the first time. She does that. I always goes to your restaurant to eat there. I ate there everyweek. The other waitress always give 5 dollars coupon. That's why I need to complain her how she service me.

Waitress is extremely polite and respectful. The food is phenomenal. The prices are very reasonable overall, the atmosphere is decent. I would highly recommend

They wouldn’t serve us water even though i was almost choking

Literally the worst service ever!! Lady didn’t ask of I wanted a drink or even come back to the table! I had to get up and ask for water and chili sauce. She gave me a tsp. We order from here all the time. NEVER AGAIN! Horrible. Creekside around 3:30pm.

Really enjoyed our dining experience here in the Creekside location. Great atmosphere, clean and versatile decor. Prices are competitive . Discount coupons given for beef bowls for return visit.

Rather large menu as well as offering an Asian Hot pot selection. The pho (peanut sate and house special) servings were generous. Plenty of meat in both and served piping hot. Both tasted good. Lots of parking and very polite serving staff.

Plan on going there again soon.

I really enjoyed our dinner here! Reasonably priced and big portions. They have so many deals including Buy 3 Banh Mi, Get 1 Free. Tons of daily specials and everytime you spend $25+ you get a coupon for $5 off your next visit. Can't complain!

The food is so dry look like they cooked everything yesterday! No taste first time but last time!!!!!

I ignored the reviews because the smell from outside was so so heavenly but alas they were right. The broth is shockingly bland for how good it smells, the meat doesn't taste very good and the noodles taste old. Also had the shrimp salad rolls which are my favorite, unfortunately these were not very good. It's a shame because the staff was so friendly and helpful, but the food wasn't good.

The spring rolls did not taste good. There was a weird taste and smell with the ingredients used. They did not taste like fresh ingredients used. Service was ok but I do not recommend the food especially not the spring rolls and not the beef dishes
. When I made a comment about it to the servers they didn’t care so I will not go back there again. Poor service, questionable cleanliness of food handling and questionable taste of some of the food items. They had promotions of free items with certain amount of money spent but not with it as still on the pricey side.
