I ordered the House Special Beef Pho. The broth was very fragrant and flavourful. The portion was generous with lots of meat. It was definitely one of the best pho I had in town. We The accompanying tea was also fragrant. Went back the following week and had the carrot beef stew with noodles. It was very delicious as well.
The family and I decided to give this place a try after being in the area for lunch, and we are glad that we did. Vietnamese Chop Chop is a small unassuming little establishment located in an older commercial strip on Center Street. This is a nice little Vietnamese restaurant in central Calgary. I had the pho with meatballs and thought it was pretty decent. I don’t think it was the best pho I’ve ever had, but I’d definitely go again. The fried shrimp wontons weren’t the best, but I didn’t mind getting them that one time.
