Unbelievably useless staff at 4:30 pm . They were lazy and just killing time . Imagine dining at shawarma ..they were out of lettuce , pickle and chicken . Owner of this place should look into this ..hire some one who can actually work. Terrible halal place in the city.

actually not surprised by all the 1 star reviews… i didn’t even get to order any food to review, the woman at the counter doesn’t speak or understand english, i tried ordering felafel & salad and the guy came in an said oh we don’t have any skewers; i said i’m not even trying to order that, pointed to what i wanted to order and he pointed to the photo next to it and said he didn’t have that either so i took it as a sign to leave, the food would have been awful anyways. thanks for nothing

I always eat at Villa Madina at various locations. But today I was so dssapointed with my meal today. I ordered the Chicken Schawarma plate and got the Tabouli salad which I love. It is suppose to be lemony tasting. I took a bite of the Tabouli and spit it out right away. It was so sweet tasting, and thought what the hell was this? This is not Tabouli dressing. Very disgusting and dissapointing. I will never eat at this location again.
