Village Ice Cream

Honestly I love their special edition with the Ferrero chocolate ice cream. I ate that in 5mins or less? That's how good it was, I'm not picky with ice cream but man I would go back just for that flavor. My friends also liked it and the person qoeking he was alone the day I came and was so patient when I asked for some samples. Village ice cream never disappoints.

We came in for a bunch of gift cards and Ishan and Turna (so sorry if that’s spelled wrong) helped us out and honestly made our day. SO kind and didn’t give us a hard time despite the tedious task of our bulk gift cards. BIG LOVE BP!

One of Calgary’s best for great ice cream. Having a menu of interesting flavours that changes each month is an effective strategy to make me a frequent and loyal customer.

On Halloween night, after 9 p.m., the tall man who served us was incredibly kind.
My fiancé jokingly said he was dressed as an “Asian” since the free kids’ size ice cream was only for people in costume.
The male employee who helped us made us feel included among the customers in costume, rather than left out.
We always come here whenever we crave ice cream but now we have one more reason to visit this place. Great customer service.

I love Village Ice Cream! That is should sum it up. One of the quaintest and cutest ice cream shops with flavours that are pretty unique.

Hi Village, I gave you a 1 star a few years ago due to your pathetic vegan ice cream options at that time compared to made by Marcus (they had amazing flavours like tomato cantaloupe that summer, sounds disgusting, but even my non-vegan wife said it was the best iced cream she’d ever had).
I must say since then you have raised the bar quite a bit (maybe you read my review?). Your vegan pumpkin spice ice cream was so good today, it compelled me to adjust my review. Well done!!
Had the banana foster the other day, and it was similar, but also very good. Keep up the great work on the vegan front, and consider the tomato cantaloupe…

Amazing ice cream seasonal flavours are always a hit - hard to find something you don’t like

Flavors are just alright based off of the pricing per scoop. Only go-to is the Phil and Sebastian Coffee flavor, even the Earl Grey was mediocre.

We ordered the salted caramel and the coffee flavor, the salted caramel was a bit too sweet and don't know why it has iron taste with it, we won't order it next time. However, the coffee flavor was amazing, a great choice for adults.

Best ice cream in the city!

Not a huge selection but good taste. Friendly staff. Small and crowded inside - this also speaks of how good the taste is though.
