Best meat pie in town, always fresh and good price!

Last week my husband went in to get meat pies. He was told there was no bread. They made the dough with other ingredients. We got the buy 5 get 1 free deal. The quality was not there. The crust was hard that we had to throw it away (I absolutely hate wasting food). Less quantity of meat (so many gaps of just dough). No olives were provided either. You are a bakery, how can you not have bread? We will give this place 1 last chance.

This place has some of the best mana’eesh in town. The food is always fresh. My favorite is the spinach and za’atar pie, I have been going there for more than 10 yrs now and I was never disappointed with the food taste or quality.

This is an easy 5 stars bakery. It is apparently a family business, I would say, one of the oldest middle eatern bakeries in Calgary. The hospitality and manner of the owners are outstanding. The arabian pizza is not only super delicious, yet it is always served with love and passion and generosity. This is our best authentic choice of all time, and we wish them all the best. We've been coming here for years we moved and now come from out of town just to eat. The food is absolutely delicious and the customer service is like being with friends. The son is so friendly.
Sad to change my review. The younger man with a beard hair back charged me the forced through the max tip and handed me the payment machine told me to meet pies were $15.75. I won't be back. Dec 7 2024 2:18pm.

You need to come here! I am thankful to have a good friend recommended this gem and WoW!! Come on people… if you live in Calgary and have not tried Village Pitta you are truly missing out! We dont come to Calgary often, but every time we make sure to stop for a meat pie with cheese and some hummus/pitta for the road! Please trust me just go and try it, you wont regret it!
Best bakery in Calgary. Cleanest bread you can buy. I've been eating from here since they've opened. Never had a bad experience.
