Love the Vin Room! We've been coming here for over 10 years and each experience is better than the last one. A great wine selection with a fabulous happy hour that is the BEST deal on the West Side. The owner is always around to support and I love how accommodating they are of our furbabies.
Horrible. New manager - rude. Last week my kid's grilled cheese had a big piece of plastic in it! Gross! Want a craft cheese slice grilled cheese - with the plastic? Can stomach the worst table service imaginable? - this is the place to go. Can't even begin to tell you how much money we spent at this place over the years.

We went during happy hour and it felt like pulling teeth to get service. I ordered a glass of red wine and received a glass of white wine. We wanted a 3rd round but unfortunately it took 20 mins between visits from our server and we had to leave by the time he came back to our table (after happy hour) Happy hour tacos should not be $5, smallest things ive ever seen. Steak bites were good though.
We just had our Valentines Dinner at Vin Room last night and it was fabulous. The food is exceptional, the presentation is beautiful, the servers are wonderful and the entire atmosphere is romantic. The owner Phoebe Fung is always on the floor ensuring every guest feels welcome and impeccably served by her professional staff. ❤️

I love this place so much. The food is unbelievable and the Happy Hour has something for everyone for such a reasonable price.Whether you're on a date, meeting with a colleague or hanging out on Thursdays at the bar listening to sweet Jazz music, you'll enjoy the ambience so much. I've been in for a quick martini and the steak bites with mushrooms (don't walk, run to try them) and it's always a wonderful experience.With Corrie on the floor and Keith behind the bar, under the experienced guidance of Phoebe the owner and Andrew checking on everyone, it promises to be a stop you'll take in again and again. Our server Corrie was the absolute best. She was on top of everything throughout our four hour long dinner. The food was great and the atmosphere was good as well.

When I was asked if we wanted sparkling water tap water I said sparkling. Was not aware I was being charged for sparking!!!' Not happy. Gratuity the lowest was 18% the happy hour portions not enough for what you get! Will not be back to Vin room west

It was okay. Ambience was nice but food wasn't spectacular. There was some very mixed messages because it was new years. Even though it was Sunday..there Sunday happy hour did not apply. There was a fish of the day on the menu but not today because it was new years. The staff was nice but they could have done a better job at communicating what was available before we sat down and started ordering. I will try it again in the new year.

Long wait for food (close to an hour for 2 dishes), but what we ordered came out good. I would not recommend the charcuterie however; bread was stale and the condiments were quite literally two tiny drops of mustard and a parsnip butter. Otherwise, the rest of food and drinks were good.

Would love to see some new menu items. Prices pretty high -ex 3 shrimp upgrade was $12 additional. Great sommelier though. Waiter a little odd with table side manners. Mixed experience.
