This was by far the worst Vino Volo I’ve ever been to.
The staff completely ignored us — no one approached our table, no one offered menus, and they just kept chatting with each other while we sat there for 20 minutes at an empty table. When we finally did get service, they didn’t check in, didn’t ask if we wanted anything else, and even when we were clearly done, they didn’t bring the bill or acknowledge us in any way.

Absolutely unacceptable for a place like Vino Volo. I’ve been to multiple locations, and this one is easily the worst experience so far.

Tonight a woman waitress stated to us she could not serve us again for an hour after we have each a double Cesar and we’re about to order food. I will inform you this was our first drink of the day. She stated it was an airport rule. I personally had never heard of this. I’ve seen people being served more frequently than 2 ounces per hour. I felt it was because I was a woman an I felt this was wrong and I will never go back!!

I only had a short amount of time before my flight so I decided to go to this cozy little place. The staff was friendly and efficient with the service. The bar seating was actually a quite enough place to have a conversation with gentle Jazz music playing in the background. Great selection of wine and the food was delicious. Will definitely stop by again.

I flew to Vegas on Halloween and decided to stop by Vino Volo for a drink. The wine was great, but when I went to pay, the manager (I assume, since she was wearing a sweater instead of a uniform) told me they weren’t accepting cash. She couldn’t really explain why, which was a bit frustrating. I understand that some places have gone cashless, but it would’ve been nice to know that upfront. It just feels odd for a restaurant not to accept cash at all.

The prosciutto was super fresh! I also loved the pizza. A great way to unwind after security before boarding.

Chill, comfortable, wine tasting, lots of nice selection from wines, europe, Okanagan, only by the glass, range from 14$ upwards, see menu for current selection, good staffing. Also a wide variety of foods, lots of vegetarian options. We suggest the Spanish riojas, Italian Reds and all Okanagan wines!

My coffee was cold, I had to ask her to microwave it for us. The chicken sandwich was something else; very little chicken and an abundance of pesto making the sandwich bitter.

I am not trying to be rude its just my experience. Its October 11/ 2025 and 7:23 pm. Check with the staff and see what went wrong that day. It seems like all your other reviews are lovely. I hope I get a chance to have a better experience.

They do not treat first nations good here. Literal stairs and scowls. Even for the simplest request like a glass of wine.
