I wanted to have a vodka ginger ale. Was told no ginger ale. Said I could have vodka sprite. Not my preference Finally got a vodka OJ. Had to ask if they had any short straws. She handed me a long straw,no short straws. Had to pay extra for the OJ. Wrong choice of bars should have gone to the tap bar.

I decided to try out your wine establishment on a work trip and was drawn in by the higher class experience.
I was surprised when I asked to taste a wine and was told that was not possible. The only place that I've been told I can't try the wine is at a dive bar.
There is jazz music playing, a great selection of drinks, a nice menu, fantastic staff, everything makes sense but that.
Flights are not a solution either. Wine drinkers don't want a flight. They want a taste.
This is a foolish decision that literally puts a bad taste in patrons mouths from the start of their experience and your staff has to work over time to try to correct this executive oversight.
You're a high class wine bar, not a dive bar - act like it and fix the customer experience.

The staff here is wonderful. The atmosphere is somehow quiet and relaxed in a busy airport. Would highly recommend for someone looking for a quiet place with attentive staff and good drinks.
Great place to have a quick bite and good selection of wines. Staff is very friendly, efficient and ensures you are taken care of. Prices seem at par with airport food. Food tastes good. Will stop next time when I fly in.

Dietary restrictions: They have options to do gluten free.
Excellent hot breakfast sandwich and a large mug of very good cofffee.

I love this place. I think that it is under rated. Perfect place to have a mimosa before your flight!
Dietary restrictions: I eat gluten free so I ordered the olives which come heated and added chicken and avocado. It was great!

Looked like a great change to the standard airport food options. Drinks were great but unfortunately wasn’t able to try the food as the waitress forgot our order - and didn’t come back for over an hour. Service truly ruined the experience.

For the prices, I definitely expected better. I ordered a basil pizza. The pizza was extremely thin and only had a few oddly cut pieces of basil sprinkled on top. It felt like eating a frozen pizza. The server was not friendly either.
