The 4 pieces of tofu tasted great, service looked bored and the dishes were dirty on the outside. Was kinda disappointed but it is what it is.

This is a good place for lunch if ypu wprk down town.... normally gets busy if ypu want to sit and eat... I would be there 11:45 to beat the rush.

I eat a lot of vietnamese food, and the vermicelli bowl at this restaurant has to be the worst I’ve ever had. Lacks flavor, no spring roll, no veggies (cucumber or carrot), meat is not well seasoned, and it was mostly beansprouts. It also takes a surprisingly long time to get your food even when it’s not busy.

I've been twice (ckn soup/beef satay). The food is not even an average food star for me. The first time I got the ckn soup there the chicken was rubbery that I couldn't even eat it. The second time I got the beef satay, it was just ok, not the best flavor, way too many stems in the soup, couldn't even eat the broth with choking on it. The service is fast and efficient, easy lunch spot while working. Not sure i would return again (for soup anyway).

I order the sate soup (14 in the menu) and it was delicious! It was spicy but enough to eat it comfortably.. the portion is also good!
I would say that I could return to lunch there more often.

Absolutely disgusting vermicelli. Omg! It used to be good 2 yrs ago but revisted today. Utter nastiness. If you like this place, you are not Asian and have zero taste! The veggies on it ...WARNING is JUST bean sprouts. Zero carrots, zero cucumbers, zero cilantro, zero peanuts etc. Holy bland and massive rip off considering other places around corner load it up, more flavor and cost less.ive literally never seen a vermicelli all white venire, zero color, maybe 3 pieces of lettuce and that was chopped..basically it's not even one half of one leaf lettuce!! It's like one beige white puke bowl. FYI I even threw out HALF the bean sprouts out!!

Paid for extra shrimp, you only get 1 piece. All their vermicelli us unseasoned meat, rice noodles and the the entire bean sprout farm. 25.00 and such a waste. Never go here and I'm not going here again.

Least the venue is nice looking. Mcdonalds plain hamburger would have been way better.

I seriously wish they could refund me my 25 bucks

Go here once a week at least. Their Chicken Sate is the best i've ever had and everything else i've eaten is top notch.

Love the food BUT the new girl overseeing the takeout counter is VERY RUDE!!!! She should not be in customer service because she is rude! Rolls her eyes and makes faces at you when ordering. Will never come back because of her. Bring back the lady that used to be there at the counter.

Its been a while since I've been here and to a Vietnamese person, the quality of the food has really gone downhill. I write this in hopes that the owner improves. But a rice vermicelli bowl with just noodles, meat, and a tiny bit of lettuce and bean sprouts is a travesty. Missing so much from a traditional bowl. Portions are very small also. Honestly the quality is lower than the food court. Service over lunch is pretty poor as well.

Ordered the chicken vermicelli for lunch with a colleague. It took longer than expected to receive both of our orders and my food was cold by the time we were able to eat. The takeout container was covered in some type of oil that dripped onto my clothing, which is unfortunate and will be hard to get out. The food itself was fine (aside from being cold) but very little lettuce/greens compared to previous times I've ordered from here. Probably won't return.

Awesome food & service

Value has gone downhill. Sadly. Ordered the beef vermicelli. Portion size is half of what I remember from pre Covid. And the bowl was filled with sprouts. Hopefully things improve or sadly I won’t be back.
