Enjoyed pho and vermicelli. The food was fantastic. Not overly salty as it tends to be in many other places. Tons of flavors and very fresh. We are picky eathers and could not find anything to complain. Service was excellent. They were attentive and even apologized serving the spring rolls slightly delayed as the first batch was burned. Even the water they brought was done thoughfully I'm Caucasian and got class of cold water and my wife who is Asian got a glass of warm water. I recommend wholeheartedly this place.

Okay. I just saw a one star review saying that the broth here is just “okay”???! Sorry, but the broth at this place is some of the best in the city, if not the best. You can tell it’s REAL bone broth with TONS of collagen. Maybe that reviewer is used to powdered flavour helpers and salt laden crap? Sorry but that comment actually fired me up. This place is top ten for me and I have lived in both Toronto and Vancouver. Man’s must have had Covid when he ate here, seriously.
The food was fine, the spring rolls were delicious and their bun bo hue had enough spice and flavor. Unfortunately they will request that you accomodate them by letting them seat another diner at your table if they get busy, and that was after I waited for an open spot as well earlier. It's fine to enforce your policies, but it would have been better to know upfront before seating and not when I am in the middle of the meal.

Went there for Pho on a very cold and rainy day. Food was delicious, very comforting and you could see it was freshly made. The woman who served us was VERY nice and accommodated all our requests. Food did take a while to get to us but, honestly, she communicated with us about it and was very apologetic after.
We will go back for some other options and will update here once we do.

Pho bo (beef soup) is the best in Calgary in my view. Real trip one. The style of Pho is Mid-Vietnames - like in Da Nang or Hue area. Rich flavor, good meet, huge portions. Fresh rolls are good as well. Cold coffee is the best amongst all Vietnamese restaurants in Calgary. Banh Mi (sandwich with mixed meat) is good. I am trying to find the best Pho place in Calgary, and so far it is my favorite restaurant. But the search continues :-)
