A Hidden Gem After Church

We discovered Wakado Ramen on a quiet Sunday afternoon after church and were lucky to find a table. From the first step inside, it felt like stepping into a small piece of Japan. The atmosphere is clean, warm, and deeply thematic — every element feels intentional. The décor, the gentle music, the calm rhythm of the kitchen — everything whispers authenticity.

This is a fantastic place for a great bowl of ramen. The noodles are made in house, the broth is rich, and the ingredients are excellent. Service was very friendly and helpful, our server gave us suggestions to match our preferences perfectly. I would highly recommend this place.

I’ve been here a couple times and it’s always an excellent experience!

I’ve had the Tonkotsu black ramen most recently and it was very delicious! The egg was perfect! I do still think the the Chili Goma is my favourite

I also had the Gyoza on the side, they were super flavourful so it was hard not to eat them all right away!

I will be coming back
