We have been coming once a week for quite awhile. Every time we come there are issues with the washrooms. Either they are not working or dirty. Every time. I am not coming here anymore.

Simple and nice place to sit down for coffee, nothing extraordinary though. Favorite drink here is probably the rooibos symphony, and the staff is always nice and helpful. Overall, decently good Cafe.

Nice & spacious place. Friendly staff.
Used to have two public washrooms for Gents and ladies However, recently one was closed and allocated to staff. So now there is one shared washroom.
Seating configuration keeps changing almost on weekly basis.

Workers busy chatting to each other rather than doing their job efficiently. Also the drink lids are garbage as mine cracked and hot coffee spilled on me

Nothing is more refreshing than a midday coffee but this place serves amazing coffee with awesome customer service! I was craving coffee that’s when I found this place. The Barista (Aksa) provided me a great suggestion to modify my Mocha with a mix of white and dark chocolate. I must say it tasted great!

Came here at 7:30pm, they would not make coffee or hot chocolate, open till 8pm per google.

The bathrooms both have signs on them saying the locks are broken, that is gross. The food shelves were empty. The chairs needed repair, and the coffee and tea was expensive.
