Great burgers and sides. Takes a while to get your meal as everything is prepared fresh. Nice, clean seating area that is very suitable for a casual restaurant in a strip mall. Highly recommend.
It was perfect for a spicy burger and the fries are always crispy, if you don't get tasty snacks from there then you haven't gone to the right place

I ordered through Uber eats last night and honestly pretty disappointed. I ordered a double bacon burger combo expecting there was going to be a good amount of bacon but there was 2 pieces so that was a let down.
Now what upset me the most is I ordered a Cinnamon Toast Crunch milkshake that I paid an extra for as it cost more than the other shakes available on the app. I understand you run out of don’t have items and that’s fine but refund me for that one item or call me and ask me if I would like to substitute.
What ended happening was they decided to make me a Oreo mud pie milkshake and then leave me a note on the receipt telling me they didn’t have what I wanted so they make me something else instead.
Unfortunately I am not a fan of Oreos so I didn’t even enjoy it and when I went to the app to check the price of the milkshake that they gave me it was cheaper than the one I ordered ? So instead of giving me a credit or anything they decided to make me something cheaper but keep the extra I paid for the other item?
I spent over $30 and Uber gave me a credit for $12. This is ny first experience ordering from this place and I will never order from here again and most likely will not be visiting.

My husband brought home Wayback burgers over the weekend and I can confidently say, this is one of the best burgers I’ve had in Calgary. Not greasy, very fresh ingredients, and an excellent bun. The milkshake was also very tasty! We will definitely be back!

Our first visit there was yesterday. We ordered 3 Buffalo chicken meals and 1 classic burger meal. My son said the classic meal was ok. The 3 Buffalo chicken sandwiches were not. 2 were under cooked and pink inside. The other one was flavourfless. We tossed the undercooked ones in the garbage partially eaten once we saw it.
Why didn't we bring this to the attention of the people working?
The individual cooking at the meat station was yelling at the other staff the entire time. This made it very stressful and unpleasant. While he may have thought he was being a leader, it was just very inappropriate to treat people in that manner and subject customers to that.

I’ve been here a few times, and the atmosphere and service are pretty good. The milkshakes are great—I won’t deny that (I’ve had them on more than one occasion). However, the pulled pork poutine was more than disappointing, and it’s the main reason for my frustration. The pulled pork had the texture and flavor of something that had been sitting in the fridge for a week before being doused in sauce in an attempt to save it. The fries were good (you can’t really mess those up), but the pulled pork, to be frank, was not good at all.
I’d consider giving it another chance if they changed the meat, or maybe it was just a one-off bad batch. But honestly, the meat was so unappetizing that even my 110 lb dog would probably look at me like I was punishing him.

Visited on Feb 24 around 6:15pm. Food was excellent, but service was even better. The lady working the till went above and beyond and made sure our visit was excellent. Will absolutely be back!

Ordered through UberEats to satisfy a food craving and will most certainly be returning! The BOGO burger deal is an excellent value and was the primary reason for ordering.
My partner and I got the classic burger each our own way, no complaints at all except that I felt there was a lot of mustard on my burger, but that’s personal preference and next time I just won’t get mustard. We felt that the burger was simple but flavourful, patties were juicy, and being able to choose so many toppings of such a variety was a huge selling point for us.
We shared a large garlic-parmesan fry as well and that was also quite lovely, another “order again” item on the menu for sure. Excited to try more from Wayback! Highly recommend.

Based on the reviews on Uber eats I thought I would try this place. The burger and onion rings were bland, on one hand there is an appreciation for the not so overpowering taste but on the other it left you craving flavor.
Unfortunately; they also forgot my straw for the black and white milkshake that I ordered, luckily I had straws at my place.
I wouldn't say the food was awful but I wouldn't choose to order from here again anytime soon.
