I struggle to write this review. Every other time I've been here it has been exceptional service and food. In fact the service had been so good before it was easy to recommend Wellingtons. We were meant to go somewhere else for dinner tonight, but I remembered on a whim that I've wanted to come here for some time. I'm so happy we switched plans because Ola, our server, was so sweet and made our night with the most endearing service I'd ever experienced at a higher-end restaurant! We will definitely be going back, as the value of dining in here is so much more worth it than their competitor down the street... Thank you Wellingtons, and thank you again...
We frequently dine here & usually food & service is excellent. But this time service was very slow, over 3 hours to do a 3 course dinner. Portion sizes smaller than usual, but I guess that is the norm everywhere. Food was tasty just not hot enough, after dinner drinks served then dessert arrived 20 min later. Would have liked it all at once. Overall it was ok.
