I was extremely disappointed with my visit. I ordered the taco salad with chili, only to discover the beef inside was completely raw and undercooked. This wasn’t just a minor issue, the meat was visibly pink and unsafe to eat. While I was addressing my concern, another customer came in reporting the exact same problem.
When I brought it to the manager’s attention, instead of taking it seriously, he insisted the chili was fine and continued to serve it. I watched him hand the same chili out the drive-thru window right after our conversation.
Serving raw meat is a serious health risk, and the lack of accountability was honestly shocking. I won’t be returning, and I hope this gets addressed before someone gets seriously ill.

Good as any wendys. Sadly the manager that runs the store behaves like a child for absolutely no reason. Constantly messes up orders and when asked to fix there mistakes he refuses to until it is brought to his superior. Irs so bad you have to literally check your order everytime you go here. Upper management is great as is most of the staff but this store desperately needs an audit and new management.

Bought kids meal for breakfast with milk. Milk is in a carton type container. Asked for a straw then was told that they don’t serve straw in the morning. One of the most idiotic answer ever. Is your straw locked in a timer fault? People have small kids who can’t drink from a carton milk and you call that kids meal? Is it a cost thing? Because I’m not sure they’re that expensive. Or is it a liability thing? People are still sleepy in the morning so they would poke their eyes with a straw? Does not make any sense whatsoever. Will be the last time to go to Wendy’s, will go to the next door (McDonald’s). They aren’t any better but at least they gave me a straw when asked for one.

Unfortunately i think i will not be back to this location. The condition of the hardly cooked bacon is not cool. My dog wouldn’t even touch it. For the amount charged for these sandwiches the quality really needs to increase as well.

I had a terrible experience with the food here. I ordered a classic chicken sandwich and fries for my children, and shortly after eating, they became nauseous and sick for the rest of the day. The food was clearly old and had a bad smell — it's completely unacceptable to serve food in that condition. Selling spoiled or potentially toxic food is dangerous and irresponsible. One of the worst dining experiences we've ever had.

I ordered a big bacon classic and was disappointed when I opened it up to look at the bacon it was all old and crunchy and then the person behind the till was kind of rude. Although we did have the entire place to ourselves as no one else was there
