This Wendy's continues to disappoint. Food is luke warm, orders are consistently wrong.
Gave the cashiers coupons for spicy chickens. My son ordered a single spicy combo to go. Daughter ordered separately with the two spicy chicken combos to go.
Get home sons order is right, daughter and myself have beef burgers not spicy chickens. It's on the coupon you were given, plus ordered correctly. Food was warm.
Other times burgers are dry like they have been sitting for hours, spicy chickens are like jerky.
This place has gone downhill so quickly in the last few years, that we will continue to drive to the shawnessy location instead.

Sad to say goodbye to Wendy’s chili. My go to fast food has always been Wendy’s chili, no cheese with fries for dipping, as I considered it to be a bit healthier choice. Sadly, the chili at this location was so watered down, it was tasteless, unsuitable for dipping fries, and I ended up drinking most of it from the paper cup it is served in. No longer a takeout option, so Wendy’s is off the list :(

Wheelchair accessibility: Not stairs but there's a curb to get over... might be better access hard to see in the snow
The employee who served us asked, "Are you done?" before taking our order. Abysmal customer service... no "hello", no "thank you". it was clear she did not want to be there. I remained polite and friendly the entire time, hoping she would learn how to interact with people.

Took 2 minutes for window staff to address me through drive through. They close at 00:00 and I arrived at 10:50, how shitty of them to try and refuse service so they could close early by refusing to serve customers. Burger was up to par except for the bacon being obviously burnt and old

Today I went to Wendy for the first time in Midlake Calgary opposite to mcdonald and they behave rude to me the all of two ladies at drive through I’m not gonna come back again.
