Manager on Friday Dec 19th at 7pm you ROCK!!! I ordered food from Uber. The driver picked up the wrong food. I called and complained to the manager and he fix it ASAP. Cooked our 3 meals and hand delivered them to us. You made my Friday night!

Worst Wendy's in Calgary by far. Washrooms aren't cleaned, messed up orders. It's not modern at all, feels like its a Wendy's in 2006 in Marlborough.

The employees at this wendy’s move so unbelievably slow during rushes, who I assume is the manager also dosent bother to help the employees with rush orders but continues to take orders up from. I waited almost 20 minutes to have my order taken and watched an employee spend 2 mins pouring a small drink.
Do not eat here if you want FAST service.

These guys continuously screw up our order!! How hard is it to make a burger with NO CHEESE!! I even asked when picking up at the window There is no cheese on the burgers right? Don't worry there is no cheese. I opened the burgers and ALL 4 HAD CHEESE! MORONS! PLUS the food was ICE COLD. I am 3 minutes away. How about making hot food! That was the last time I will ever buy from wendy's again! Absolutely garbage!

Standard Wendys however this one always seems to be slower than others. PSA Dave single is on for $4 but if you order combo 1 they don't account for this, so don't order the combo, order items individually and save yourself 2 bucks :)

Lady refused to scan my phone for Wendy's points. Sneezed on my damn food 3 times before handing it to me. Absolutely disgusting. Last time I come to this Wendy's.

The good the bad and the ugly. Rating of 1: .5 for food (wrong items given) .5 was given as system was down and I was charged less. The good:food. Standard fare from Wendy's. You expect quality and it is here. I usually order Apple pecan salad. Tonight it was jr cheese deluxe and cheesy cheddarburger, although I was given 2 bacon deluxe.The bad: system down tonight. It happens but rating was based on how situation was handled. The ugly: I was in around 6 pm Saturday, Nov 9. Sign on door indicated system was so slow (verbatim). My order cost was simple: $2.49 × 3 × $1.05 for GST. Well cashier couldn't work that out using a calculator. They wanted to charge me $9.40. I gave her a lesson in simple math. She ended up charging me $5.00(???). If I was the owner I would be livid. The people here don't listen either I gave order clearly and indicated I wanted to stay. With her response I know she wasn't listening. This is typical at this location. People there need to be retrained. Comments for this restaurant reflect it. If there is a Division Manager that oversees the restaurants for this location, they don't know what they are doing. Maybe that doesn't exist since Tim's took over. I wouldn't come back to this location again except it is close to me and I really like the apple pecan salad. It is fairly healthy and can't be bought any where else. The last time I was there though, they gave me a salad with bacon on it (??).
