Slowest workers I've seen at any wendys locations, half of the food is cold, not really much they did to help after we ordered breakfast and then told us after we paid for it that they aren't serving it anymore.

On Thursday November 15 at approximately 1:10 an order was placed through drive through an order was placed for 2 junior bacon cheeseburgers and 3 Asiago chicken burgers. Two spicy and 1 not spicy. The lady said they were clearly marked. There was no markings on any of the Asiago chicken burgers to indicate which one didn’t have spice. We could not tell by looking. Hence a bite was taken from the non spicy so the person getting it had a bite taken by someone else.person that can’t have the spice could have had a severe reaction. This is not acceptable. Also the order was paid by cash and the change came all in nickels.

I am giving a 1 star only because I can't give zero This drive thru with only one vehicle in front if me took 10mins just to take my order and another 10 mins to give me my order The lady at drive thru was rude and gave no decent customer service at all Will never return

They missed my extra sour creams for a baked potato, and the bacon poutine did not have any bacon. When I called to complain I was not offered any resolutions, just told that the manager would “talk to her staff” and they would “make it up to me on my next visit”. This is unacceptable and extremely disappointing. The service from the workers while in the restaurant was also very distant and cold. Don’t come to this Wendy’s unless you enjoy missing items on your order.
