I always do drive through at this Wendy. I find the food reliably fresh, service is always great and welcoming. The drive trough line is fast and efficient. I even prefer their breakfasts because they are a bit different but delicious

Theres an indian manager works at night that is very very rude to customers. She doesnt say thank you when she gives order and she even rolls her eyes at us. She should not work at a customer service work environment if she doesnt have a good attitude for customers. She didnt just do it one time but everytime we come here she is always rude. We even said hi she just gave the pin pad to us and said thank you to her even when shes too disrespectful at us. If she has a bad shifts, dont put it to customers. I had experienced in a fast food work environment and its part of the training that you should not bring your personal problem at work. And be nice at your customers!!!

Im starting to see why no one gets breakfast wendy's in the morning. Drive thru aways empty. The last 3 times I have gone my order has not been correct. I order the same thing sausage egg and cheese on a cheese biscuit or croissant. Im going to open up my order to inspect if its correct. Im just going to stop going for breakfast. Thank you,

They have the worst service I have ever seen in my life. I ordered chicken strips and they completely didn’t give them to me and wouldn’t refund fully -(the main part missing)

This location seems to stand out in a subtle way. The staff are always friendly, food comes out quickly, and the bathrooms excellent in cleanliness whenever I am here. The thing to note is that not a lot of words are exchanged, and it's not a loud operation. But there is a sincerity of service that speaks in place of actual words, and it seems to be at this location strongly.
Standard Wendy’s experience. Customer service is pretty decent at this location, don’t feel rushed and the staff is courteous. Fries haven’t been hot the last few times I’ve been.

It's seems that pretty much every single time I've gone to this location we receive wrong items, or are shorted items. Last time they shorted us a burger, this time they shorted us fries in one meal and got the other meal completely wrong. It was not busy, so just them not paying attention. I get that it's fast food, but we should still get what we paid for. Unacceptable.

Great customer service. Nandi always goes out of his way to ensure my fries are fresh and hot. I go here for lunch REGULARLY because I work in the area. Staff are all kind, place is cleanly and they are quick! My order is always right no errors. It's hard to find a fast food joint where people genuinely care. This location deserves praise from upper management.
