After waiting 10 minutes in the drive thru line I received a sloppy baconator that had two slices of bacon in it and undercooked..... No apologies on their slow service. Looks like this a common disservice they do to their customers. Avoid this Wendy's!

The place was filthy today, flies everywhere, food under all the tables, and a large spill that didnt get cleaned up the whole time we were there. If you plan on dining in have a look inside the seating area before you consider placing your order.

I never seem to get all of the items I order, or the condiments (syrup, jam, etc) that are supposed to come with my orders. On top of that, it takes them longer to grab my condiments when I go back that it did to make my original order

Please tell me what the point is of downloading your app to pre order and pre pay just to show up 45 minutes after ordering to have none of the food made and get asked to pull forward and park ahead and wait an extra 5 minutes.
Arvived to the drive thru and Waited 15-20 minutes. not one car got asked to pull forward, then we get upto to the window and some lady i can barley understand asks us to pull forward. We ordered and payed 45 minutes prior, before the car ahead of us even decided to drive to wendys, but expect us to pull forward and sit there and be forgotten about. Get mocked and ridiculed for refusing to pull forward and go sit in a parking spot while they make everyones food behind us. An employee standing there doing absolutely nothing shaking her head. ( no wonder nothing is ready). Then they decide that if we won't pull forward they won't make the rest of our food and all of a sudden tell us they're out of the baked potato we were waiting for. You do have to cook the food for everyone coming through right? its not my job to pull forward so the guy who showed up after me can get his food sooner. when we pre ordered long before anyone else! Absolute nonsense. Then I look at the reviews on here for the employees of this location and all the complaints and we're the ones left shaking our heads. How does it feel to be a 40 year old 1 star wendys employee?

Came here with my family, and I don’t know if the person that served us was the owner or not, but they were fantastic. Let me redeem multiple coupons in one transaction, overflowed the large fries we ordered and even gave my kids free tiny frostys! Fantastic customer service, and the place was very clean, and the food was hot and came fast. I don’t often review a fast food chain, but these people deserved a 5-star review.

Got told they open at 8 when all signs say 7:30am, idk who runs this store but if your not going to open at all your posted times put it on the sign that it opens at 8am instead of 7:30am, don't bother coming at 7:30 unless you wanna wait since they won't open. Not entirely crews fault but 100% owners and managers

Last week, when I visited the restaurant at a late night, the staff offered me free drinks for waiting too long for the foods, even when I didn’t complain. Very good service!

Avoid their drive thru at all cost unless you have a ton of extra time. 2nd time in a row that I have exited the drive thru without getting my order. They are just aweful at this location

Drive through was very slow, waiting 10 minutes to just order something. They don't care about cleanliness, I ordered burgers and later it made me direa and stomachache for a couple hours. I wouldn't go there again.I have seen them how they prepare food for customers, no gloves, touching everywhere and then prepare foods, that is so disgusting.

Good food, management must br cheap and doesn't put nearly enough staff on, particularly during peak hours, and these poor people working are run off their feet.
