DO NOT GO TO THIS WENDYS LOCATION.
Extremely long wait times. For food you will need to wait at least 15 minutes. I have been here multiple times for lunch and every time the food wasn’t up to quality and they just slapped meat and lettuce on there.
Other than that, I have been here over 50 times for delivery and each time I had to wait 30 minutes and once had to wait a whole hour. The main issue with these guys are not getting the food out on time. It’s absolutely ridiculous when I walk in with maybe one customer and they take 30 minutes just to prepare the order of a cheeseburger and fries.
I am damn sure they just talk and waste time at the back rather than satisfiying the customer. Another thing to note is that there’s always no one at the front taking orders unless there’s a line up. These guys don’t care about the job they do bare minimum and just get it done.
Hire new staff immediately and train them properly because these guys working there now don’t care even one bit

Bathroom was filthy, needs some work as well. Nothing keeps me away more than filthy washrooms, shows the staff just don't care. Wendy's has gone down in value, like most fast food places now. The small drinks you get now are pathetic. Anyone else remember those large white plastic cups they used to have, switched out to these much smaller clear ones. Honestly the pennies a drink it costs, this is not the way to increase profits, just pisses customers off. And the habit now it seems of no longer filling the fry container. Fast food used to be an affordable option, now I can get a similar meal for same price at a sit down restaurant. Eating fast food used to be cheaper than eating at home. No longer. I used to eat out 5-6 times a week, now maybe once every 2 weeks. And this tipping option is out of control, you handed me a burger, why are you expecting a tip?

This used to be my favorite Wendy's and I'd always come here as it's the closest to me but now I'm just skipping it altogether. This new management and staff are horrible with customer service, and even get angry and argumentative with you for anything when you try and correct something. I've never wanted to fight a drive thru employee in my life before this silly incident, and the fact that there is no reprimands from head office regarding this location you should just visit the next closest location in brentwood for your Wendy's fix.
There was a change in the menu recently, no chicken kids meal on Uber eats

I just came in today (September 18 at 9:30pm). The lady working at the front was absolutely incredible. She was SOOOO SWEET. I usually dont write reviews but she is literally a walking angel on earth. If you are reading this youre great and you made every customer in the room smile, which is SUCH a gift. If manager sees this, please tell her shes amazing and appreciated.
