I have been coming to this location for the past three years. One thing I really appreciate is the consistency. The food is always fresh, and the customer service is excellent. I often visit when I crave chili, spicy chicken and half pound burger
Usually, fast food places can be hit or miss, but this store consistently stands out as the best. They definitely deserve a higher rating, at least 4 out of 5.

The quality of the hamburgers is good. I don't understand the low rating. It's a shame, I wish more people knew... It's much better than McDonald's Big Mac, but it has a bit of an In-N-Out feel to it. The lettuce was fresh and the fries were freshly fried and hot. I think Dave's burger would taste better if you asked for less sauce without the pickles. I'll be back next time! The drink receiving machine is also state-of-the-art, so you can try a variety of drinks. Personally, the originals are the best. The staff were friendly too! There are S and M drinks, but M was almost L size. I recommend S because it is refillable.

I came through the drive through tonight (which was rather difficult seeing as a giant semi was blocking the drive thru entrance) and asked for spicy chicken wraps. They gave me the regular ranch ones. I went to complain through the website only to find there was no receipt in my bag. So then I called. No answer. Now I’m upset and craving spicy chicken wraps and can’t have them. Edit - Great! Also just noticed no dressing for my salad

Where to even start. Smell of dying body in bathroom. Staff selling me a cup for a beverage they don't even have. I asked before purchasing and the staff said yes, we have it. Not even an option.
Food was non edible... if I wasn't working I'd be there demanding a refund.

Just came through drive thru and ordered a baconator, medium fries and a small root beer. Received a son of baconator, small fries and medium root beer.
This is not the first time I've had an order completely messed up here in the past couple of weeks. The daytime staff gets my orders right, but the evening staff ALWAYS give a son of baconator instead of what I pay for, the normal baconator.
Food quality is what you'd expect from fast food but they've never got my order wrong so better than most places

I was getting my tires changed next door and came in for breakfast. The new sausage and egg wrap was really good! Sausage had a bit of spice to it too. Its 8:30 Am and no problems with service. 3.5 stars/5
