Debit machines not working she wanted to take my phone and use it at the drive thru debit machine ....yeah I'm not giving my phone to a fast food employee greasy hands possibility of them dropping it zero customer service don't recommend this location

I will NEVER go to this Wendy’s again!! The server was very rude! The chocolate milk cost $2.69 for the smallest available and when I wanted to get a different drink, she said she wouldn’t refund it. My senior mom asked for margarine and they said that the butter they gave her WAS margarine! When another customer pointed out that senior drinks were free, my senior mom was told she couldn’t have a free drink with her baked potatoe. And…They were slow as molasses. It took a long time to get served because they were scrubbing the kitchen area and moving appliances. I will NEVER go to this Wendy’s again!!! This was between 6 pm and 630 pm on Monday, December 16th.

They have started making the Junior Bacon Cheese Burger pattys so thin that all of our burgers were basically swiss cheese.. the meat wasn't thick enough to be a single piece.. there wasn't a single piece of meat in our order that wasn't thinner than the tomato that came on the burger...

Food was cold I ordered a burger and my girlfriend got chicken. Both of us immediately felt sick after eating. Both of us up all night hot and cold sweating. Definitely food poisoning. Also ordered a frosty not sure if there was soap in it. There's something wrong with this location never gotten sick from Wendy's before.

I always order the same thing at Wendy's. This girl who served me, I don't know if she was a superior or the manager, but she was very rude and the attention was very poor. You could tell she didn't feel like working. First, they gave me the food without any utensils to eat it. I stood there waiting, she looked at me like I was finished, but I asked for ketchup, mayonnaise, and sour cream. She told me that sour cream didn't come with what I ordered. I told her, OK, she left and I stayed again. This time she looked at me and I said, "I need a fork, a spoon, something to eat." All without any desire, little by little. If you're having a bad day, the rest of us are not to blame. Thank you.

The food is always good here. the service is slow due to lack of staff. The inside restaurant closed early (before the listed time), so had to drive through the drive-thru in order to get the food and then ate inside.

The lobby was closed at 7:30 pm on a wednesday... When I got my burger The wrapper was soaked with water... One of the least desirable Wendy's locations I have ever been to.

A few weeks ago I ordered the same salad I have ordered many times and at the very end right before finishing almost the entire thing, I found what looks to be a wad of animal hair compacted together. I called the store and all they said was to come back and they would give me another salad…why on earth would I want another salad? I then made a report to Wendy’s via their phone line and was told a district manager would call me but I have heard absolutely nothing since my report was made. This definitely needs to be addressed as I have no idea what diseases could have been in the animal fur that was in my food, and I likely consumed.

Had the worst experience on September 5, 2024 at 12:30pm. Jass was unprofessional and was unnecessarily rude to me and my friend. While taking our order, she was distracted and we had to keep repeating our order. She kept rushing us and we had to press the cancel button on the credit card machine 3 times because we weren’t done placing all of our order yet.
She was so unpleasant to deal with. We will never be coming back to this wendys anymore.
