The food was too good, I was there in this morning, I have a breakfast baconator with potatoes veggies and it all fresh and I highly recommend to all. It was very kid friendly my kids really enjoyed there and they love the French toast sticks the kids meal. Their customer service is so good. The environment is so friendly, the workers having big smile and they are very kind, which makes my day.

Excellent customer service. Wonderful food and properly maintained hygiene. All the employees are friendly and greet with smile. Customer experience is top priority for them. Loved my experience with Wendy's. Would recommend it highly. The atmosphere is pretty good as well. I tried the new french onion sandwich and the cinnamon bun earlier. Both of them are delicious.

We went to this location on a holiday and went to order a frosty the drive thru said on the paper they were open until 8pm we showed up at 7pm and she refused to make us a frosty but made a huge meal for the car ahead of us super annoyed we had to wait until the car got there food in front of us. This location is one of the worst for customer service and the staff don’t want to actually work won’t ever be back here again.

Dry, stale-tasting burger patties, gave ranch dressing for caeser salads without a word to us, and completely missed modifications on burgers. Didn't provide a receipt, either. Truly a lame experience from an otherwise generally good chain.

I’ve never had such awful customer service… for the last few orders (my kids always asks for Wendy’s so sometimes I am able to make it happen) I have been given large servings of chilli that I did not ask for and so many items missing… so finally today I decided to phone the actual restaurant and explain the situation. I have worked customer service/ Human Resources my entire life so the last thing I do is call with anger or disrespect because that’s just ridiculous. So I called with a call collected attitude trying to explain the situation to this so called manager. From the get go this women would not stop talking over me. She wouldn’t even let me explain anything to her. Called me a liar because I wasn’t able to give her the receipt information because I found the one that was attached to my order was infact not my order. It didn’t even have most of the stuff for that order either. I said to her “ma’am, I do not appreciate you speaking over me while I’m trying to answer your questions. In fact it is coming off unprofessional. I’m trying to answer you but you’re refusing to let me speak.” And she yelled at me to the point where it was just noise, no words and then she hung up on me. I am so beside myself with the amount of disrespect and unprofessionalism. I’ve had some bad customer service before, but not like this. How this women is in a role of leader ship is beyond me.Do better and hire someone that is actually fit for the job. Bet one of those kids would make a better manager than this women. Someone needs to be promoted. Absolutely disgusted with how I was treated. Wow.

Dirtiest washroom I have ever used in my life.Theres a strong sulphur smell coming from the washrooms which completely ruined our appetite. We left without ordering food. If you cant keep a locked washroom decently clean i can only imagine the hygiene practices behind the counter.

We tried to order either of the limited time items that are still being advertised all over the building and were told they are both no longer available, maybe they should remove the signage then. Asked for no sauce on the burger, looks like they put extra on. Didn't give me a receipt so I can't even fill out a customer complaint form. Would not recommend, will not be returning.
