I order a pretty basic burger and when they have the portabella burger then it's awesome most places don't try to screw you but this place consistently does I ordered a plain jbc with the mushroom sauce and this was what I got... Most places there's good cheese on it and feels like a real portabella but not here.... On top of that I had ordered a small poutine... That usually comes drenched in gravy the way it's supposed to be but not these guys you don't even get enough to cover the damn fries

The service here felt like they focused more on the drive thru. It took me at least 10 minutes but the workers here were overall nice. Many high school students come here and cause messes on tables and seen many kids v@pe. The atmosphere was uncomfortable and noisy. Consider when coming here during week days

They are out of baked potatoes, they said. Only fries. Small baconator, very expensive. They fill up the cup with ice only , hardly put any coke in it. Beware!

Very nice people but the landlady enters without any attention to hygiene standards, her hair loose where the food is prepared this I did not like, she should also carry out the regulations fe hygiene, otherwise the girls are very nice.
Best Wendy’s in all of Calgary when it comes to staff and food. Thank you for years of amazing service and food. Will always go out of my way to go to this Wendy’s rather than any other.
I can't believe what I just saw, I just watched the fry cook, take fries.out of a carton that was sitting under a heat lamp, then through them back into the fryer for a few second, then re package them and , send them out of the drive thru window!!! Are you serious!!!??? This is disgusting! And you over pay for this crap

I was very surprised to see how dirty this restaurant is. Restroom was dirty. The tables were all in need of cleaning and the garbage cans overflowing. Very disappointing and I will not be returning.

Absolutely terrible. I ordered large fries and a Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger. The total price for this order was over $7, which is much higher than the mobile app menu stated. To make things worse, I used a coupon to get the burger for $1, which the cashier, Swapnali entered in before manually removing the discount and charging me more than the item is even listed for. Also, the large fries I ordered were not even close to being fully filled. This is absolutely unacceptable.
