Didn’t notice the apple juice they gave us was pretty disgusting
Btw this isn’t “normal” we shook it and whatever is it did not mix back together, didn’t even eat our meal after this

This used to be a really good Wendy’s for breakfast. Good food service and value. They would most often give you a coupon back so you could use it again. Generous which keeps me coming back. But this new manager in the mornings is like a “coupon rejector 1000” machine.
I went to drive through with a valid $2 off coupon for any premium combo all day it says. So I bought a premium combo the breakfast sausage and egg croissant combo. Keep in mind there’s a picture of an egg and bacon combo on the coupon and it says “all day”. The coupon rejector 1000 very smiley and gleefully said the coupon won’t work as it’s breakfast. I said but it says all day. She said only for lunch food. I said but there’s a picture of an egg sandwich combo on the coupon!
Still rejected it. So I said I will probably complain and said have a good day and drive away.

Prior to this incidence the same new manager scolded an employee I see every few days for the past 3 years. Who took my coupon when I ordered the wrong thing by accident. (Coupon said baconator breakfast sandwich and I had run out of the breakfast combo ones)
Point being that young man should be the manager with his service skills and not the queen of cancellations.

Very disappointed it very unfortunate that staff don’t read the order when it comes in asked for nacho no chilli & yes they put it on and chips were soggy yuck 🤢 !! its no wonder you have terrible rating’s you staff don’t care enough about there jobs to do it right !!

Food was okay, hence the 2 stars. However, I am writing this review to talk about the horrible cleanliness of this establishment. The washrooms looked worse than a busy truck stop and had clearly not been cleaned in a very long time. There was spilled fluids of some sort all over the stall doors, the floors were disgusting and the garbages overflowing. It was truly disturbing. The men's was apparently no better as my son came out with a horrified look on his face. The lobby was equally as bad with the lobby in a very dirty state. I highly doubt this place would pass a health inspection.

I went to the washroom and it was the most disgusting washroom ever. I don’t think they clean it ever due to the fact there was a USED pregnancy test, dirty seats, hair in the sink, and just the floor was disgusting. I’ve seen McDonald washrooms more clean

Unbelievable rude woman who answered the phone called me a liar told her I would come in with the chat message from door dash supporting what I was telling her. She told me not to come to store she wouldn’t help. It’s absolutely appalling the level of unprofessional she showed. Your company got the order wrong which with your level of caring and service I guess how can you have high expectation when they employees have managers like this!!!!

To be honest, the food is amazing. On the other hand, it can get really busy and crowded. The service is kind of a hit or miss — sometimes you’re met with super respectful staff, and other times it’s more of an “I’d totally be nice right now, but someone just ordered four combos on DoorDash, there are fifteen people in line, and I’m about to lose it” kind of vibe. I can’t really blame them though; it’s stressful, especially being located right next to a high school.

I recently went through the drive-thru and said, “Can I have ketchup? Like… a lottt of ketchup?” When I got my fries, the bag was absolutely loaded with ketchup — so big ups to the staff for that!

This happened on Saturday, October 19th, at approximately 11:30 PM. I ordered a Bacon Deluxe in the drive-thru and ate half while driving, only to realize there was no bacon. I then drove five minutes toward my house and five minutes back, waiting behind five cars in the drive-thru while my meal got cold.

What surprised me most was that they didn’t just take my word for it. The employee insisted on taking the half-eaten burger back for “investigative purposes,” as if it were a crime scene. I’m a polite, clean-cut customer, and I even pulled up in a newer pickup truck—they could have simply trusted me. In the past, when other restaurants have made a mistake, they’ve always just let me keep the rest for the inconvenience. The burger doesn’t cost much for them to make, and the big problem for me is wasting food—I wasn’t raised that way.

At least the cashier acknowledged the mistake after handing me the new burger, which I appreciated. However, the cook’s behavior made the situation worse. She walked up behind the cashier while I was speaking, and her expression clearly said, “Why is this guy complaining?”—as if I were the problem. It felt unnecessary and unprofessional.

After all the driving, waiting in line, and my meal getting cold, simply remaking the burger and letting me keep the rest of the original would have been reasonable. Come on—what do you think I’m going to do, go through all this just to scam Wendy’s for half a burger? Give me a break.

On top of this, it seems like every time I go, I can’t order through the app to save money because it’s always down, which just adds to the frustration.

This is absolutely the ! Worst Wendy’s in my lifetime !!! I called to complain to the service line. Picked up in LA. N was absolutely incapable of doing her job, very sad. Got in my car n drive to speak to a manager @ 11:30 am so as not to inconvenience. Was treated with rudeness n a attitude. I will never not ever return. I asked for her store number ?? N she lied 🤪.

Tables and floors are always dirty
Even if it’s not busy no one’s doing the tables to clean up for the next customers.
