Go to the Mindapore location instead! First I saw the girl making my coffee wrong so I told her again what I asked for. I also noticed she free poured the milk (quality control???). She remade it correctly, so i thought. I got the coffee and could tell from the color it was wrong. So I asked for more milk. Then I left and ate my food and when I drank my coffee I could taste sugar in it when I didn't ask for sugar. So I DROVE back and ask them to fix it and they give me a black coffee with milk on the side, wasting a plastic cup and fork (to stir), making me feel like Im being so difficult. No. Just get it right the first time and have som quality control. LISTEN to what I order and read the screen again before making it. It's really not that hard. This also isn't the first time I've had issues at this location.

Staff can be hit or miss. Shares dining area with Tim Hortons, and people overflow often. Lots of kids from the school, can be noisy. Orders are always correct.

Terrible food every time I go there. It's always stale like it's been sitting too long. Won't be going back, I've been a few times and never had a good meal there. Service was OK but the lack of fresh food killed it.

I order a pretty basic burger and when they have the portabella burger then it's awesome most places don't try to screw you but this place consistently does I ordered a plain jbc with the mushroom sauce and this was what I got... Most places there's good cheese on it and feels like a real portabella but not here.... On top of that I had ordered a small poutine... That usually comes drenched in gravy the way it's supposed to be but not these guys you don't even get enough to cover the damn fries
No free style machine, lame. Sloppy burgers. Messy inside. Busy. The franchise owner clearly does not care.

The service here felt like they focused more on the drive thru. It took me at least 10 minutes but the workers here were overall nice. Many high school students come here and cause messes on tables and seen many kids v@pe. The atmosphere was uncomfortable and noisy. Consider when coming here during week days

I literally ordered a taco salad and what came was lettuce with onion no toppings nothing just lettuce and onion And I asked for a fork and they gave me a knife fork
