The people who take your order can't speak English so it's absolutely annoying to have to sit and repeat yourself 3 or 4 times. No personal skills or smiling from the staff. Just a transaction. It's unfortunate that they hire people based on the government subsidies available to pay them rather than based on people who could offer good customer service.
The only reason we went here is because we were traveling through and hungry. Otherwise, I'd avoid all of these drive through fast food joints as their food is toxic and their customer service is crap.

Great helpfully staff. Key part of any business. Helpfull and friendly. However poor Wendy's 😢 i hate to say i have been here a few times. Wendys is not the same as it was 30 years ago when I was a young man. It used to taste good. I have been a few times over the last few years. Mostly due to the fact that the food is all flavourless. Its not a restaraunt issue its a corporate issue. Like the food really tastes like....well...nothing...like falvourless paste. Done the baconator, all the chicken sandwiches, single, double. It has like zero taste. Like a hospital burger taste better 😞. It never used to be that way. Only thing good is frosty. Even the fries are horrendous, like 😝 gross. Boring flavorless goes straight in the garbage bin. Sorry I wont go to wendys again ever. Would rather chew on a rice cake because it would have at least some flavour.

Easily the worst baconator I've had since they came into existence. The bottom bun was completely soaked in grease. The hamburger meat was falling apart. I remember when the patties used to be big, they were small and low quality. These used to have lots of cheese and big, thick slices of bacon. The cheese and bacon was so small that I had to open the burger up to even see they were on. It looked like two patties and the bun. It tasted as lousy as it looked. What have you let Wendy's become?
