Ordered a Junior Bacon Cheeseburger, fries, and chicken nuggets. The burger was solid, but the fries and nuggets were a big disappointment. Both were very cold and honestly seemed old, especially the fries. It really took away from the meal. Hoping it was just an off day, because the quality definitely wasn’t there

The manager on duty Diana or however it is spelt. Is disrespectful, unkind and rude. And clearly unfit to be a manager at this location. I don’t care what steps are taken to remove her from the position. But she is clearly unfit to be operating a Wendy’s at this level. I’d like an immediate response or I will make sure to take this further for her disrespect and inability to uphold proper customer service. I come to this location quite often. And I hope this matter is dealt with sooner rather than later. AGAIN HER NAME IS DIANA. SHORT STUBBY LADY.

Usually its pretty good, last time my one dollar large fry with purchase deal on the app wouldn't work because the daves single i ordered was on a four dollar promotion. I'd ordered the same thing before and it works for the app but I ended up getting scammed and paying 5 dollars more which is whatever
