Ordered Grill chicken wrap and the Grill chicken is expired, feel like a rock. and the beef in the Jr Beacon cheese burger is chili meat, dark and dry.

Staff at window was more concerned with God knows what than scanning my app. Coworker reminded him, but he was still too distracted. Being told 3x in 30 seconds is unacceptable. Just stuffed the debit machine in my face and held it there for another 30 seconds, again too distracted to notice the payment had been instantly accepted. Why didn't I say scan my app again? I wouldn't have said it nicely at that point.
Went to ask for a cup of water to go with my order for my family after I paid and was told that it would cost $.45 for the cup.. when I asked if they were serious they then said “why would I be joking!?” With some attitude for some reason.
It’s crazy that a company will charge for a water after spending $30-$40 then say it’s because they pay for the cups. $0.02 cup up charged 20 times.
I don’t care about the .45 cents it’s the principle.

So for some reason this Wendy’s has something wrong with their pop. Always get the same excuse that the CO2 is down but it has been happening for months and months plus when you make an order they always give it to you as takeout even though you’re eating inside and there’s never napkins!
Their chicken sandwich is a top tier choice!!
