Echoing the last review （yes, a year ago)—this Wendy’s really knows how to maintain their standards 😂. I went there this morning; we were the only customers, no drive-thru, no Uber Eats orders. Service was slow, and the staff were just taking it easy. I ordered via mobile app, then waited over 15 minutes, the staff finally came out, they said we hadn’t called them to pick up the food. Brilliant🌟
If you’re looking for a place with terrible attitude and an unforgettable experience, this shop is definitely your #1 choice!
Last but not least, both of my kids couldn’t finish their favorite French toast sticks (the first time they can’t finish it) They said the toasts tasted bitter

Solid Wendy's. Food came out fast and the pop is self serve with one of those mega choice fountains with dozens of choices.
Kid-friendliness: Kids meal is good here, especially the quality of the nuggets. The toy you get with the meal isn't a franchise one like at other places. It's usually something fun to build. We got a rhino beetle figure last time.

There were no problems with my food or the service. My only issue was hearing a woman in the back complaining about a person who hadn't shown up for work. The entire place could hear her. The fellow must have arrived because then we heard "Why are you late?" a couple of times and then her threatening the guy . There's a way to handle problems with staff but this wasn't it. If the employee needed a talking to, it should have been done in private, not in front of the rest of the staff and the customers.

Was my favourite local Wendy's for a long time. Dining room has been remodeled since any of these pics were taken. No carpet, no padded seats, chairs are all hard flat surfaces. Very modern, optimized for cleaning and throughput, not comfort.
Also, when you order a drink you're given an empty cup now. There's a single drink machine with a touch screen. Last thing I want to do us use a public touch screen on my way to use my hands to eat a meal. My own phone is filthy enough.
Went here at 11pm on a Saturday, so an hour before close , and spent $45.
Ordered 2 spicy chicken wraps , the tortillas were so dried out and old they were inedible, luckily I had some at home otherwise I wouldn’t have eaten anything other than the chicken. Baconator was filled with dried out old garbage . Bacon was so old and hard it was almost impossible to chew. Fall the fries in the order were old and soggy, no salt .
Overall such a bad experience for how much we spent , will definitely choose another location next time.

I've came to this location plenty of times. When we get our food there's a burger missing every so often. This is the first time going to complain about it. Enough is enough. When trying to call they don't even pick up. They let the phone continue to ring. Also when people buy their food please add in the receipt so we can see the order. Next time I'm driving there.

pulled up, ordered, and then waited 10 minutes for our order. ordered 2 spicy chicken wraps, the tortilla was dried out and barely wrapped. 2 orders of fries + chilli cheese fries, the fries tasted like they were cooked a while ago then maybe re-fried, warm but not hot or fresh! burger and chicken strips, not warm and lacking for Wendy’s standards. drinks were good, hard to mess those up when you have a pop machine haha. spent $45 on crap food. i’m not sure if they got new management or owners but this place is terrible and it used to be great. do better…
