Only person taking job seriously is the nice manager with face decorated for Halloween, she’s definitely only reason why I would buy again from Wendy’s in future, helped me right away and gave me what I wanted and deserved god bless her family

I requested fresh fries at the drive-through, and I noticed the order screen indicated “well done” for my fries. When I reached the pickup window, the staff member—who was friendly—handed me my order and confirmed they were “fresh fries.” Unfortunately, the fries were stale and clearly reheated. This has happened to me more than once at this location, and sadly, this will be my last visit due to the consistently poor quality and service.

They made me wait more than 15mins just to get the delivery order as for others they were served as if they came before I did. I hope next time staff and employees serve the one’s who came first unless the orders that came after are easy to serve.

Ordered in the drive through and got the order wrong. Got a refund and then they took away a burger on the order that I paid for and never noticed till we got home

Every morning that I do come here for breakfast I'm waiting for 5-10 min just be to acknowledged. No one ever monitors the front counter and they all hide in the back. It's 9 am and still breakfast menu doesn't even show. This has to be the worst Wendy's for customer service!!!

The hamburgers at this location always look like someone has squished them with their hands. The toppings look old and not fresh at all. The employees don't seem friendly and the tables are always dirty.

Very slow and unfriendly staff. Went there for lunch to quickly grab a meal. Had to wait 10 minutes in the drive through.i asked for specific changes in my food. But it didn’t came out the way I requested and I couldn’t go back to get it fixed. And I’m not sure why they don’t give you the receipt

Asked for a breakfast meal with bacon this morning at the drive thru at 7ish. She asked me if I want sausage or bacon. I only went there for the bacon…guess what I got?? They gave me sausage. This is the 3rd time getting an order wrong. I don’t know why this place struggles to get orders right. I can’t go back and return it because I don’t have time.Very frustrating. $8.07 I spent. I want a refund. To top it off the breakfast meal wasn’t good at all. :-/. Last time!

Last night they charged me for a triple and gave me a single. Didn’t realize until I got home. Nothing worse than negligence taking money out of my pocket.
