It was very frustrating and disappointing to wait close to 15 minutes for my order only to see the people after me served much faster. Doubly so when my sandwich was sitting on the counter for more than half the time and all I needed were the acoutremants that would take less than one minute to put together. :(

I blame this (mainly) on management and ownership being cheapskate skeleton staffing jerks. Please hire more staff and stop skeleton staffing, ensure that there are staff are dedicated to restaurant service, and/or get rid of your automated order kiosks.

Fairly standard Wendy's/Tim Hortons restaurant. Staff are quite pleasant and the food is as expected. The bathroom however, is quite gross even for.a fast food place. Other than the bathroom it's a good spot.

Staff cleared my order from their system with out giving me my food (they had mixed it up with a skip the dishes order). They then gave me the wrong order after inquiring about the long wait.

The extortionate prices were already outrageous, but today they couldn't even be bothered to put the full amount of bacon on my baconator. We also noticed they're cheaping out on the quantity of cheese and meat in the patties. I'm not paying the high prices for this anymore.

Only person taking job seriously is the nice manager with face decorated for Halloween, she’s definitely only reason why I would buy again from Wendy’s in future, helped me right away and gave me what I wanted and deserved god bless her family

I requested fresh fries at the drive-through, and I noticed the order screen indicated “well done” for my fries. When I reached the pickup window, the staff member—who was friendly—handed me my order and confirmed they were “fresh fries.” Unfortunately, the fries were stale and clearly reheated. This has happened to me more than once at this location, and sadly, this will be my last visit due to the consistently poor quality and service.

They made me wait more than 15mins just to get the delivery order as for others they were served as if they came before I did. I hope next time staff and employees serve the one’s who came first unless the orders that came after are easy to serve.

Ordered in the drive through and got the order wrong. Got a refund and then they took away a burger on the order that I paid for and never noticed till we got home
