I've ordered mobile pickup from here a couple times and i've noticed a few things. 1. No matter what time I select for the pickup, the order is never ready in time. Today when I went to go pickup at my scheduled time, the ticket was still in the receipt so printer. No employees came and asked me if I wanted to order. They just starred at me expecting someone else to come and take care of me, and this has been my experience almost all of the handful of times I've visited
2. The portion sizes seem way off sometimes. Like again, today, I ordered a small poutine. When I got back to work to eat it as part of my lunch, I was surprised to say the least when the cup was only about a quarter of the way filled. There were maybe only 3-4 bites! It's happened a few other times where it seems like they've skimped on fries or cheese or veggies in a burger but never anything where a portion was completely off. You could even see the bottom of the container.
Management seems to be the only ones who care about the quality of service. Every interaction I've had with a manager has been fantastic, but they shouldn't have to come in and take over all the time from front of house staff

Grabbed lunch…baked potato as so hot, but completely hard inside, I couldn’t eat it. My Diet Coke was just brown carbonated water. But at least my nuggets were crispy. Very disappointed when I had already got back to work and couldn’t bring it back.

The DUO CHICKEN CLASSIC WRAP WAS SIMPLY COLD. Then was given heated wraps which regretably were tough and chewy. Oyh!

Very disappointing experience. I went through the drive-thru and ordered two Double Stacks and a Diet Coke. When I pulled up to the window, the employee waited until I tapped my card to pay before telling me there would be a 5-minute wait and asked me to park. I ended up waiting 15 minutes in my car, then another 5 minutes inside just to get a refund because they had completely forgotten to make my order. I returned to work having wasted my entire lunch break without eating anything. There was no apology and no attempt to make things right. To make matters worse, when I mentioned that the Diet Coke syrup was wrong, I was told it was “Coke’s problem, not Wendy’s,” even though Wendy’s is the one selling the product. Poor communication, poor service, and zero accountability. Definitely not the experience I expect from a company as big as Wendy's.
