They would not serve me breakfast at 10:27am. I wanted the 2 for $4. I drove out of my way to get some food for $4 and arrived on time before 10:30. He said breakfast was over at 10:30 and I had to order lunch. I said its not 10:30. Even the world clock says 10:28. He said its 10'30 in their system, his maxhines were turned off and switched over. I could only order lunch. I said ok, what can you give me 2 of for $4?. He said they had nothing. EXACTLY. 10:30 is 10:30.

I’ve always liked Wendy’s, but this visit was very disappointing. I asked for fresh food, but received a dry, thin burger — they had reheated a large patty in a small burger press, which flattened and ruined it (photo attached). The restaurant was dirty: sticky floors, messy tables, and no straws. Even head office couldn’t get a response from this franchise owner — after two months and two emails, still no reply. ⭕️Avoid this location until serious changes are made.

This Wendy's is amazing every single time I go. A lot better than a Wendy's 5 Heritage Gate SE, Calgary, AB. Does it matter how busy or slow they are. Unprofessional and it takes forever for certain people to get their food. First time I was ever there took almost half an hour to get my meal. Second time I was at that location give them the benefit of the doubt. Because I just went to Costco. People that paid and ordered their food after me still got their food before me. And certain other people had to wait. So if you'd like to get treated like a decent human being and actually get what you ordered. Without any fuss. very 444 58 Ave SE East, Calgary, AB Wendy's is the best!

My dad left his murse and it was still there when we got back
Slowest fast food ever. I am usually here between 8:30 and 9:30 a.m., and on average it takes 15 minutes to be served two breakfast items. I have never seen more than one person in here at the same time as me. Absolutely no excuses or reasons for it to be this slow.

Here, I am probably kwown as Mr. Spicy Chicken. Service is often great, especially the people who give me back my coupons so I come back. However, today, I had to spend my entire break waiting in the drive thru, and she took my coupon. 😡 Still gotta give 4 stars though.
