This is one of the worst wendys I have ever been to. The drive thru lady is extremely rude and unprofessional with a big attitude. I ordered orange pekoe tea triple triple but when I got home the milk in the tea was chunky and did not look right. They put expired milk in my tea.

Walk in and stand at the counter with no staff in it and not even be greeted, served, looked at or spoken to. End up leaving and going down the road. Maybe if you actually work the counter you can make sales.

Morning service is very slow, walked in and took over 5 mins for anyone to address me. There was one person working the drive through and one making orders and one was bringing out supplies I assume. There was a lady behind me that waiting probably 10 mins before she left cause no one addressed her in timely manner and when they said please give me a couple mins it was beyond a couple min and they got fed up and left. Fast food restaurants in this area seems to be super slow.
When I got my food the guy who handed to me seems like he didn't even want to be there and when I checked my order my season potatoes where everywhere in my bag. He did a crap as packing job, if fast food work is too hard you might as well stay home and do nothing.
Food was salty and over peppery.

If you’re looking for a quick meal, this is not the place to go. Workers were in the back making eye contact with us yet refusing to even acknowledge our presence despite having no lineup in the drive through OR in the store. Terrible service. We left without ordering.

Ive been coming often for about 2 years and Food is always good at this location. They take their time. Lemonades are always good aswell. Great service from napeel in particular! Felt very welcoming and extra happy which reflected onto me. Authentic enjoyment at his place of employment.
Poor customer service. They need training. I was at drive thru window, and staff was talking condescendingly in a foreign language. Be respectful towards customers, they spend money, and you have jobs here.
