There’s folks run a legit and caring operation here! DoorDash was having a tech glitch so I wasn’t able to place my order- so these guys didn’t stop the show - they just went ahead and got my order ready on their tab and offered me a complimentary dinner! I owe them big time as I didn’t feel like walking around in this weather looking for a hot meal. Comment this customer service - will pay forward every opportunity I get. Thank you guys at Wendy’s East Village.????????????????

Ordered for pickup on my way home tonight. The lady at the window was absolutely lovely - very friendly and prepared my food much faster than it gets prepared at a regular restaurant. The burger was fantastic, probably the best I've ever had from a wendys. It's a real shame it's posted on google as drive-through/ dine-in because that may be the only reason for the negative reviews here.
