The food was spoiled and tasted terrible. The meat had a very unpleasant smell. It’s a shame I wasted my money and time. I will never come here again and I don’t recommend this place to anyone. Everything went straight to the trash.

I just ordered off of uber and this is my regular place to get my food. I ordered a bacon cheese potato with chives and sour cream. I didn’t get the bacon and cheese potato. They only gave me butter and chives and my sour cream on a potato. I had to put some of the stuff from my other order just to make it kinda what I wanted. My receipt and order says bacon and cheese!!! This is not the first time they have messed up but it was normally forgetting to put sour cream in the bag but this time they completely gave me the wrong thing. Very disappointed

Says that the store opens at 6:30 am. I dropped by at 6:45 today to grab breakfast before I got into work but the door was still locked. There were people behind the counter getting things ready at 15 minutes past the opening time. If you know your workers come in late or it takes longer to set things up before you start the business day, just state clearly that you won't open until 7. What a waste.

Dear [Restaurant Manager’s,

My wife, my son, and I visited your restaurant recently for a late snack, as we often do on a weekly basis. While we were eating around 10:15 p.m. (Central Time), another guest knocked on the window asking to be let in. Since the entrance door was locked, we opened it for them, not realizing that the restaurant had already closed, as no announcement had been made.

Shortly after, the assistant manager began yelling at us for opening the door. This was upsetting, as we were unaware that the restaurant was closed, and the situation could have been handled more calmly and respectfully.

We truly enjoy visiting your restaurant and usually have a great experience, which is why this incident stood out so strongly to us. I wanted to bring this to your attention so that future guests are aware when closing time has arrived and so situations like this can be avoided.

I would like to bring to your attention an important aspect of your establishment—the interaction between your staff and customers. During my recent visit, I noticed that the service provided to an elderly lady, who I believe was from the Philippines, was not up to the mark. Unfortunately, the staff member did not offer a warm greeting or a friendly demeanor while discussing the menu, particularly the ramen. The interaction felt lacking in respect and courtesy.

I believe that every customer, regardless of their reason for visiting—whether for dining in or takeout—deserves to be treated with kindness and respect. It might be beneficial to provide training for your staff to enhance their customer service skills, ensuring that all patrons feel welcomed and valued.

Damn! Yall got an F1 pitt crew working the drive thru? because that was fast! I came October 17 at 430 pm and whoever was working the drive thru windows, bravo. Fast, efficient; tasty food. Keep it up! Managers take notice of these two staff members.

I came around 12:30 pm today (sun Oct 5) to pick up a delivery. I gave the customer's info to a filipina lady. I think she was the supervisor on duty (wearing a Wendy’s Grey t-shirt). She said the order is being prepared. I can see two ready orders on the other side of the counter. She kept me waiting for more than 10 minutes for an order that was already ready and sitting on the counter to get cold. A young lady approached me after that and when I gave her the customer's name she brought me the order that was sitting on the counter since I came into the store. I was thinking a lot about the incident and could not figure out why she behaved in a such manner.
P.S: another driver was waiting for his order, and when he saw me complaining to the young lady why the order was sitting on the counter all this time while I was waiting for it, he said they always do it, and cancelled his order and left
