Horrible baconator and son of baconator. Lack of bacon in both burgers, cold and yet took 5-8 mins to come out. It was 10:30 and not close to closing, don’t cut corners and give poor product to your customers regardless of the time. It’s a shame spending 8$ on son of baconator for it to not really even be one with one Pattie on it little to NO bacon and it also be cold. Upsetting Wendy’s. Will NOT be coming back to this location ever again.

Ordered a son or baconator and a baconator, just for both of them to be cold,Little to no bacon on both, and the wrong patties on my son of baconator effectively making it an $8 dollar jbc, Disappointing.
Staff should take pride in their work regardless of the time and not cut corners.
For years I have come to this location to enjoy baconators at all hours of the day and I have never once have had a complaint. But this was just flat out wrong.
Wendy’s do better……

The store says it's open until 2 am but it actually closes at 11 pm. They still serve drive through customers but won't serve anyone walking in with the excuse of not having staff, but they clearly have staff for drive through. Overall, an extremely rude and inhospitable location that lies to your face.

Eat somewhere where they respect you enough to not waste your time.

By far the best Wendy's in Calgary. The fries are consistently good and I probably go here a little too much.

Just this past week, I revisited this place I went to many times during my university years. It’s been almost 15 years, and it’s still just as nice. They’ve changed the seating and washrooms, but the updates make it look fresher, so no complaints there. The staff are still friendly, and the food is as good and affordable as ever. Many students still go there after class—it’s definitely a great spot to eat, relax, enjoy the sun, and meet people.

I have been to this location about 3 times. Each time, the service has been too slow and has messed up my order by either giving me the wrong item or completely missing an item I paid for. Going back to correct the order proves to be pointless even when walking up to the counter, as the drive though is busy and no one seems to be working at the counter. The fact that the employees are giving random items to customers is not good, as some people cannot eat certain ingredients in the food such as beef or pork. I didn't even get ketchup with my order. I will not come back to this location.

I’m totally bamboozled. So I get a small Frosty and a baconstor at the drive through. It’s a decent burger, but at $11, it’s really not that spectacular. But whatever, I like it. So as I’m driving home I eat my frosty, and then I move on to my $11 burger, only to find out it’s like a $3 burger—one patty, a couple of slices of bacon, and it doesn’t even taste like baconator. I’m about 10 minutes away now, so it’s pretty annoying to have to turn around. Anyway, I get there, pull up to the window with the burger that has a single bit out of it and I say, “This is not a baconator.”

Apparently, it was a single, baconator, but it didn’t taste like a Baconator. So I hear them arguing in the back that it was supposed to be a double and then someone calls back from the kitchen. I made a double, but clearly she didn’t.

Then something totally mind-boggling happened. The lady (May, if that’s her real name) at the window then accuses me of sliding out a burger patty, and eating it, no mention about the additional bacon that would’ve been there. The fact that she thought I’d just drive away, eat the patty, and come back for a fresh burger!? Who in their right mind would do that? Who in their right mind would accuse someone of doing that. Then she has the audacity to say that I should be checking my burger before I leave the drive-through. Shake my head.

Instead of getting any compensation or even a simple, “Sorry, we screwed up your order,” I had to drive back, wasting my time and gas, only to get some ludicrous, asinine response. You guys need to do a much better job of coaching your employees. The fact that someone would get up in a customer’s face over make believe nonsense sense like this? Unbelievable. Get your act together, management.

On Google and on a sign on the door it said it was open at 1am, we arrived at 8:40am, ordered the sandwiches and when we sat down to eat a worker came to clean the store and practically kicked us out of there. It was a very unpleasant situation.
