My poutine was aggressively yanked from my hand all because I asked them to give me a regular size poutine with extra cheese instead of a smaller size that has barely any cheese in it. They also gave me very dry old chicken nuggets.The one that took my payment slammed the door behind me while driving to pick up my order.. Manager, please train them to be better and do better. God made everyone different and beautiful and just cause someone pulled up to a window missing some fingers doesn’t mean they should get mishandled.. Also, the customers is why you’re getting paid and making a living. Treat every customer with dignity and respect or simply quit the job..

I've ordered here frequently, but sometimes the orders messed up. When I last complained about missing items the manager who took my call said that they would credit me a free sandwich next time I came in. When I went to next order and followed up with this (giving my name and number), another other manager downgraded this free sandwich to one of the value menu items since she didn't feel it was reasonable to give the full value of a regular sandwich when my mixed up order was only for value menu items. Petty and disappointing

The food was spoiled and tasted terrible. The meat had a very unpleasant smell. It’s a shame I wasted my money and time. I will never come here again and I don’t recommend this place to anyone. Everything went straight to the trash.

I just ordered off of uber and this is my regular place to get my food. I ordered a bacon cheese potato with chives and sour cream. I didn’t get the bacon and cheese potato. They only gave me butter and chives and my sour cream on a potato. I had to put some of the stuff from my other order just to make it kinda what I wanted. My receipt and order says bacon and cheese!!! This is not the first time they have messed up but it was normally forgetting to put sour cream in the bag but this time they completely gave me the wrong thing. Very disappointed

Says that the store opens at 6:30 am. I dropped by at 6:45 today to grab breakfast before I got into work but the door was still locked. There were people behind the counter getting things ready at 15 minutes past the opening time. If you know your workers come in late or it takes longer to set things up before you start the business day, just state clearly that you won't open until 7. What a waste.
