This is a great place to get fast food Inside looks really nice. The unfortunate part is the owners don't care about the outside at all. Lots of weeds, overgrown grass, garbage everywhere, they need to take a little more respect, with the property, maybe hire on a landscaping company, and they can look as good as the hotel next door to them.

I went through the drive thru at around 6:30pm and this lovely lady, her name started with a T I can’t remember what it was, but she was amazing and even that small moment really made my friends day. I hope she finds 20$ on the ground. 10/10 😚👌

Tables are filthy, food is cold, and local management is completely indifferent to both of these issues.

Go to Harveys 200 feet away and get a better burger.

I ordered two chicken Caesar salads thru drive thru and when I got home they were half the size I normally get and no chicken . What a rip off. Haven't been there for two years as none in my area and won't go back again

I went there for breakfast and got the 2 for $4. I chose 2 egg & cheese sandwiches. I was in drive thru and had to repeat my order 3 times before the person finally understood what I wanted. When I got my food it was disgusting. Probably the worst breakfast sandwiches I've had from a Wendy's. The egg on both sandwiches tasted like it was made hours ago, the muffins were cold and dry, there was no butter or anything on it. The cheese was super cold and not melted. Both the sandwiches weren't hot and definitely didn't taste fresh. Seemed like the muffin and egg part of the sandwich were made ahead of time and then they just added cold cheese to the sandwich. Definitely didn't taste fresh. I asked for the receipt twice and was told it would be in the bag but it wasn't. The service wasn't good. I got two sandwiches but only one napkin. I would recommend for people to drive a little bit further and go to a better location.

I did not get all of my order. I tried calling number several times on website but no one answered phone, I ordered food for four people. Missing were 2 cheesy burgers which meant one person was missing their dinner.

Ok, so this was absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had at a drive-thru. It started with the lady taking orders, who was either having a bad day or simply didn’t want to provide even the slightest bit of customer service.
My cousin’s fiancé ordered a Frostyccino, it was his first time trying it, so he wanted to know if it was made with coffee or something else. Her complete lack of explanation (which would have taken her less than a minute) made it seem like she just didn’t want to help. She kept repeating that it only came in two flavors, vanilla or chocolate, and wouldn’t simply answer whether it was made with coffee. Eventually, he gave up, and then she told him, “I don’t understand your accent!” in a really rude and dismissive way. So he didn’t order anything, and just got me a strawberry lemonade and they gave it without ice.
I would never go back there. It’s really sad that this is what they call “customer service”.

Went through the drive through and the woman working the drive thru was absolutely rude. We didnt know what a frostichino is so we asked. And she was being so rude she even made fun of my sister in laws francés accent. Im sorry, since when is it okay that someone who isn't from Canada makes fun of someone who is also not from. Canada. It super contradictory and just straight up ignorant! The food was absolutely horrible and my wifes strawberry lemonade tastes like trash without any ice even in the drink. What horrible customer service with the rudest staff.

One of the worst drive-thru experiences I’ve ever had.
I went through the drive-thru and received absolutely zero customer service. The woman attending was extremely rude, unhelpful, and gave me attitude from the start. She didn’t bother explaining the menu or ingredients, and even commented that she couldn't understand my accent — which was both uncalled for and unprofessional.
To make things worse, the drink I ordered was served without ice, even though it was supposed to come with it. Small detail, but it shows a complete lack of care.
This kind of treatment is unacceptable, and I genuinely wish I could give this place negative stars.
People deserve to know what to expect here. Wendy’s should seriously reconsider how they train and monitor their staff — this is not how customers should be treated.
