I went in through the drive-through. The staff are very nice nothing wrong in that department. It was honestly the quality of food and listening to whatever I was actually ordering and not confirming the order as I was up charge for multiple things I didn’t want and I was given completely different item to what I was actually ordering so I would not recommend going here at least not in drive-through especially how much the order actually came out to be

I got a Dave's double combo with cheese. I've been eating Wendy's for years. Many years ago, Wendy's fries were very good. Then an overly busybody city council thought it was their place to ban trans fats in Calgary restaurants. And from that day, Wendy's fries sucked bad. They always tasted like they were cooked in scorched oil . I figured yesterday, it was time I tried their fries again. And I'm glad I did, because they seem to be back to something good again. I docked then one star because the restaurant was strangely empty and it was around noon,,so the vibe was a bit weird.

Horrible service to start with, very rude over the intercom and at the window. The burger was so cold the cheese didn’t even think about melting. Burger was put together with zero care. And double back on horrible service. I love Wendy’s and this was a travesty. Buns are also stale somehow.. there’s obviously a huge lack of care, and I assume subpar training going on here. Manager and training team should be embarrassed.

i’ve ordered uber eats from this wendy’s 6 times this year and they have somehow found a way to mess up all 6 times, they have literally never gotten an order right for me. i cannot imagine the trolls and warlocks they have working at this location, but i imagine that it is a dumpster fire from the bottom up; just an absolute hellhole of an establishment. wendy herself would be mortified if she saw what you have done to her image, shame on you and shame on everyone who works here. i have lost faith in the franchise.

It's a fast food joint so what else can be said? I had no bad experience with the service, however, the dining atmosphere as per last I checked, did not feel welcoming. Maybe just needs more comfy seats.
Go through the drive thru and they short me 2 of my 6 chicken strips 20 bucks for 4 straps and some soggy fries with a watered down coke .nit very happy and not worth the drive to replace it .just never return

Wendy’s is overall pretty good, but there’s definitely room for improvement. The chicken sandwich was average — the meat was a little on the dry side, so it didn’t stand out. The fries were fine, nothing special but tasty enough. Service and atmosphere were decent. In general, not bad for a quick meal, but it could be better.

Terrible location. Service is not friendly at all. Fries are cold stale and taste like they're cooked twice. Very heavy and greasy, not fresh at all. Probably a good thing the container is less than half full. I will NEVER return to this location
