I bought a Combo, Burger fries and a Drink with a Coupon to go and they asked if I needed a Bag I said yes they charged me 15 cents for a Bag, that upset me, I couldn't carry the 3 item's including the open container of fries.

Wendy’s is one of my favourites, but the service sooooooo bad. The young man was rude and could care less about me and my family’s experience. With the cost of food you would like to have a good experience, to much to ask.

Just picked up an Apple Pecan Salad from the drive through because my partner wanted a burger, and this salad was the only thing on the menu that had a hope of being on the healthier side. First, for $12.39 it was TINY. The chicken was overcooked and really dry, like it had been sitting for many hours in a warmer. The pomegranite dressing was sickly sweet and I only used about half of it. That, paired with the candied pecans and sweetened dried cranberries, was like eating a bowl of sugar. I ended up adding some lettuce to it to be able to get it down. This is one of the worst salads I have ever had. Very disappointing. If you are looking for a fast food salad, I suggest skipping Wendy's and heading over to the Chopped Leaf.
Get better workers you forgot our frys that we clearly paid for and your workers didn't even understand english like

I absolutely love Wendy's. But Wendy's you're a lot like a lot of other restaurants. You need to train and teach your employees how to properly hand change back or do you actually know how to hand change back? You don't just throw the chains in the dollar bills together. You properly hand the change back by saying how much the total was and how much they are getting back. I got money back. My bills were even folded up. It's sad this generation only knows how to use credit cards.Wheelchair accessibility: Approved
