When I open the wrap to the burger I just order the bun was all humid almost wet , just throw my food disgusting 🤢

THIS WENDYS STOLE MY MONEY, I gave them a 50$ bill and the just never gave me my change back, I noticed the day after that they didn’t give my 35$ back and I realized that they just never gave me my change.

Staff were too rude. They might be busy or tired but they also need to understand that how they treat customers are also one of the priority. This girl drop my order infront of me without saying anything, went back to work like I wasn’t a human. She wasn’t even smiling!

This is by far the most disgusting bathroom I have ever come across in my entire life - it is a health offence.
My hamburger was cold and when I complained about it the manager said it could be from the lettuce cooling it down ? I’ve never heard of such a thing. My money was refunded . Won’t be back any time soon ! Fast food is not great when it’s not served properly.

Came in to buy their Dave single promotion for $4 and I specifically told the cashier I wanted the burger only but he keep on insisting on asking me what size of fries and drinks do I want. I was confused at first to why is he asking me those items since as far I know the $4 dollar Dave single burger promotion comes only with a burger. So I ask him politely if the promo is a combo but he looks at me in a condescending way saying he will put those item on the side. When he mentioned that he will put those item on the side I realized I will get charge extra so I told him I don't want that I only want the burger, and he so look displeased. If he's trying to make more sales by suggesting to get more items in the menu he's not doing a good job. After he took my order, I was waiting for them to at least inform me when my order is ready since I was busy looking down on my phone and when I look up they left my order sitting on the counter without anyone informing me it was ready and whats frustrating was I was the only one waiting in line. Will never comeback to this location ever again they're so rude.
