I get a JBC with light mayo everytime I come here. And every single time. Without fail. I have a disgusting dollop of mayo on my burger. The receipt literally says light mayo. I shouldn’t have to scrape off something I asked to be light. Learn how apply condiments.

Crappy customer service.
Family of 4, cant use the same coupon twice in drive through.
Sick family at home, I decided to go grab some Wendy’s and use the coupons that they send out. However for this time, on mother’s day, they wouldn’t allow me to use the same coupon twice. (I have done it before so not sure why they wouldn’t allow it this time).
I spoke to the manager and she said that for this time only she would allow it but she had to keep my coupon.
FYI for the people reading this: you absolutely can keep your coupons. Ive been doing this for years and Wendys is usually good for this.
Anyways, she made a huge deal about this yet should I had walked in and then go through the drive thru, no big deal.
Should I had another person PHYSICALLY beside me, also no big deal, could of done it. It didnt make any sense to me why she wouldnt just take the coupon twice when no other Wendys makes a big stink out of it.
Pretty rude and petty for actively not allowing it even though there are others ways I could of made it happen.
ALSO, I find it interesting that I tried to do the survey on their website when you scan the receipt and it didn’t work. Hmm. 🤔
I wonder how many more people are trying to put in their feedback yet the site doesn’t take it.

service was very slow, they were advertising items they no longer carried at their location. after a long wait i received COLD fries and ranch that was soooo warm. very upsetting experience as i usually enjoy wendy’s. i’m very disappointed.

I rarely sit down to eat, usually drive thru and I’ve always wanted to give a huge shout out to Rebecca when she’s taking orders. She is the only drive thru associate I’ve ever encountered that actually knows how to do their job. She times the conversation perfectly instead of interrupting every 30 second to ask if that’s everything. She waits for the customer to finish speaking before she comments again. It’s just always a perfect experience with her. Promote that woman!!
