past four months coming to this location .. invoice number -30020.. ask for same order repeatedly tell them 2 mayonnaise with my order every time i have to check it and ask again before leaving the drive through coz they forget every time .. today lady nod her head when i said 2 mayonnaise in the bag .. but didn’t put it when asked again she said you don’t speak loud enough ..

She charged us way to much and them we went to talk to her some other person shows up and we ask her she said it new policy if you upgrade your combo. it’s not going to combo anymore you need pay separately for food each item.
and she was so arrogant and rude. she said i don’t care about your money. i don’t need anything with you payment. And food they give us old fries and reheat them and so salty. i came here 2nd time it’s happened before as well they give whole wrong order.
very bad service.
very bad customer interaction.
and if you go to talk them they are loud and rude. And make you feel dumb in front of other customers.

Wendys has some standards but like these people you lose respect and you customers.

Ordered from here. Guy showed up small bag. Your missing 3 drinks and atleast a salad.... go inside. Ok Your missing everything don't even know what I have here. There's not even a recipe anywhere with the small bag that supposed to have 3 drinks a salad a regular burger large chili.. few others things. Mabye robots should have your jobs

If i can only give negative pr zero star. Very unfriendly manager on duty. She is not fitted to be working in a customer service industry. She give bad face and emotion. Even i refund and she cannot give it back to my original payment method I still.get the order via on mobile app.order so.the food is not wasted. This manager has nonodea how to deal with customer. The other Wendy's location like the one in Country hills are better than this mc knight location. Not coming back to this store branch. Horrible customer service.

Only getting 1 star cause can't get a ZERO (0) .. terrible burger , ordered a son on baconator but it's missing the bacon. NEVER COMING BACK HERE !! 15$ dollars for a medium and you can't even make it properly... Go somewhere else anywhere else...

I don't know if the food is cooked properly at this location, or if the cleanliness is lacking. But I got severely sick after eating here today. I will never be back to this location

I walked over to this location on my work break as it's right next door, I bought a son of baconator combo and a wrap on the side to eat on my way back to work. As I was leaving I bit into the wrap and immediately there was a long curly black hair that was still stuck in the wrap as I pulled my mouth away to chew 🤮 I immediately turned back around to return it, I wanted to take a picture of it but my hands were full from my drink and bag of food, as I set them down on the counter the girl came over and I had told her what happened and she took it from me and threw it out right away so that I couldn't take a picture. They made me a new wrap but there's no way I have an appetite now, I ended up giving my lunch to a coworker and starving for the rest of my shift. So I wasted my money and lunch break going to this location in the first place. I was not offered compensation just a new wrap that I don't even want anymore, I'm not one to cause a fuss especially to service workers but I know full well if I had went in angry and demanding I probably would have been given at least my money back for the wrap. Of course because I'm nice about it and too shy to cause problems they think they can just get away with handing me a new wrap and problem solved... Nope, I will never be going back to this location. I have also contacted their help line in hopes of at least a refund on the disgusting wrap and to have this location looked into and make sure everyone's hair is completely covered and I have received no answer so now I will be coming public with this information to warn others to avoid this location. There was a couple women working that had super curly black hair and only wore a visor to cover their hair and I could see why I would have a long nasty black hair in my food, the visor is clearly not working for your hair type with it sticking out all different directions and you need to cover all of your hair! This could have been resolved by proper kitchen attire and not cheating regulars out of their money, most restaurants would rectify it by taking said item off the bill AND then offering to remake it *if* the customer still wishes to eat it. I most definitely didn't want another wrap and was handed one anyways which would have been even more food waste to refuse this wrap, that's why I gave it to a coworker and I don't even want to look at a wrap again for a while and now will be careful combing through all of my food from any restaurant. They didn't even ask me if I wanted another one they just handed it to me after she took the evidence away from me with a half assed 'sorry'. Yeah sure, thanks for the food trust issues 😒
