I don't know if the food is cooked properly at this location, or if the cleanliness is lacking. But I got severely sick after eating here today. I will never be back to this location

I walked over to this location on my work break as it's right next door, I bought a son of baconator combo and a wrap on the side to eat on my way back to work. As I was leaving I bit into the wrap and immediately there was a long curly black hair that was still stuck in the wrap as I pulled my mouth away to chew 🤮 I immediately turned back around to return it, I wanted to take a picture of it but my hands were full from my drink and bag of food, as I set them down on the counter the girl came over and I had told her what happened and she took it from me and threw it out right away so that I couldn't take a picture. They made me a new wrap but there's no way I have an appetite now, I ended up giving my lunch to a coworker and starving for the rest of my shift. So I wasted my money and lunch break going to this location in the first place. I was not offered compensation just a new wrap that I don't even want anymore, I'm not one to cause a fuss especially to service workers but I know full well if I had went in angry and demanding I probably would have been given at least my money back for the wrap. Of course because I'm nice about it and too shy to cause problems they think they can just get away with handing me a new wrap and problem solved... Nope, I will never be going back to this location. I have also contacted their help line in hopes of at least a refund on the disgusting wrap and to have this location looked into and make sure everyone's hair is completely covered and I have received no answer so now I will be coming public with this information to warn others to avoid this location. There was a couple women working that had super curly black hair and only wore a visor to cover their hair and I could see why I would have a long nasty black hair in my food, the visor is clearly not working for your hair type with it sticking out all different directions and you need to cover all of your hair! This could have been resolved by proper kitchen attire and not cheating regulars out of their money, most restaurants would rectify it by taking said item off the bill AND then offering to remake it *if* the customer still wishes to eat it. I most definitely didn't want another wrap and was handed one anyways which would have been even more food waste to refuse this wrap, that's why I gave it to a coworker and I don't even want to look at a wrap again for a while and now will be careful combing through all of my food from any restaurant. They didn't even ask me if I wanted another one they just handed it to me after she took the evidence away from me with a half assed 'sorry'. Yeah sure, thanks for the food trust issues 😒

My 8 got a Free Frosty coupon from tricks'n treats night. So I pulled up so the speaker was at her window, got her to order, then at the order window, pulled up so she had to give the coupon, receive the frosty and thank the cashier. The staff played along and many little giggles were had.
Kid-friendliness: As kid friendly as any other fast food chain. No toys or slides, but rounded edges and corners so it's hard for the little ones to run into something and get hurt.
Went to drive thru, worst ever experience, too much waiting time and service was not good at all, took forever to take the order, don’t recommend going there, they were standing and talking, no one was taking the order. If they were busy also, they should once speak in the mic to wait for a moment but they took 5-7 minutes to answer us, we are not fool, waiting so long at drive thru

Finally a wendy's that actually get the order right for the first time. Likely the employee helping me at the front was diligent and ensured the order is correct before i left.
To be honest I'm not usually a fan of the food at this chain, but. It was fresh, served quickly and all put together very nicely. Good job and thank you
