Stopped by the Wendy’s drive-thru and placed a simple request: hot, freshly cooked fries. Like most of us, I’ve been given older fries before, so I wanted to be specific this time. Unfortunately, what I received were hot—but clearly not freshly made. They had the telltale texture of fries that had been reheated or possibly microwaved.
I called the location shortly after and spoke with the manager, Chirag. At first, he was a bit defensive, insisting the fries were hot (which I acknowledged). However, I explained the difference between hot and freshly cooked, and eventually, he agreed to replace the fries I had already paid for. I appreciated that resolution, even though it took some effort to get there.
Overall, I’m giving 3 stars. Chirag did ultimately make it right, but the initial resistance and lack of customer-first attitude left something to be desired. Hopefully, future orders reflect more attention to simple request ls like this.

do not go to this location! Website says they close at 830 and when we were there they told everyone inside they close at 730 and I could not use the ladies room as it was already locked!! Large semi parked middle of the parking lot blocked in 5 cars!!! Frosty was barely ready and very poor taste! not a place we will ever return to, terrible....

Honestly one of the dirtiest Wendy’s I have walked into . I come here maybe once a year. When I do it’s always a mess. Washroom was disgusting. Legit so dirty . Would not come here again

This cannot possibly be wendys Patty's. Our baconators are greasy and tasteless. The Patty's were paper thin, dry and overcooked. The son of the baconator was the same. Paper thin burnt patties is not the Wendys I used to know. I don't recommend this place.

The place was extremely dirty. Makes you wonder what the kitchen area looks like and if proper sanitary practices are being followed. It was disgusting! Will not go back!!
Mediocre. The food is typically dry and left in warmers longer than most wendys. Youd expect to have to wait but they get me my food faster than mcdonalds. Today, the bun was half stale, and the patty felt super old and dry. Staff is the typical indifferent useless fast-food staff you'd expect.
Honestly, I'm only giving 2 stars because of the freestyle mechine and the mellow yellow. If they didn't have that, I'd go to another location, but I come for mellow yellow.
