Great location! We stopped in to order takeout for our work lunch 7 Dave’s Doubles, 4 large fries, and a 20-piece chicken nuggets. Everything was ready in under 7 minutes, fresh and fast, which really surprised us. The food was delicious, and I especially loved the dipping sauces for the chicken. The ghost pepper sauce was my favourite so good!

Service sucks nobody around. People walk out not being served. Gave us the wrong order then ask to fix the order with no reply bathroom gross and under sized, u have to pee in front of the door to toilet

Fast and efficient service. Lost a star because they did not put ketchup in my bag. If that is the policy, then they should ask if you want ketchup. Who eats fries without ketchup? Maybe 10% of customers.

I love coming to this Wendy’s! The place is always clean and the food tastes fresh. The staff are so nice, and I really appreciate that the manager wears a hijab — it makes me feel welcome and respected. She’s always kind and checks if everyone is happy. Highly recommend this Wendy’s!

I stopped by Wendy’s recently and had a genuinely pleasant experience. From the moment I walked in, the service was friendly and efficient. The staff made sure everything was handled with care, and my order came out exactly as expected — fresh, hot, and well-prepared.

One thing I really appreciated was how clean and well-maintained the restaurant was. It created a comfortable environment to sit down and enjoy my meal. Parking was also a breeze — there’s ample space available, so you don’t have to stress about finding a spot, even during busy hours.

Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable visit. Good food, great service, and convenient access — can’t ask for much more from a fast food stop. I’ll definitely be returning the next time I’m in the area.

We visited for a late lunch and they messed up our order. We decided to dine in and were grossed out by the ants crawling all over the floor and benches. Perhaps a visit by the health inspector is in order

The food was good. We went there with my grandmother and pet. I request you guys to please repair your speakers at the drive-thru. My grandmother was driving and was not able to talk aloud which created confusion at first but then we were called at the last window and the brown girl named yaswee there helped us with our big order. She even gave us a pup-cup of vanila ice cream for my little dog which i appreciate.

I’m really disappointed with the service at this place. I’m not trying to be prejudiced, but poor service seems to be more common these days. I ordered a lemonade, and they just placed two empty cups on the table. I mentioned it to the servers, but they completely ignored me and did nothing. That kind of behavior feels very rude and unprofessional.

Understaffed. They took payment for a chocolate frosty and then told me they didn't have any. When I asked for a refund they refunded me $1.04 on an item that costs $3.99. repulsive.

Stopped by the Wendy’s drive-thru and placed a simple request: hot, freshly cooked fries. Like most of us, I’ve been given older fries before, so I wanted to be specific this time. Unfortunately, what I received were hot—but clearly not freshly made. They had the telltale texture of fries that had been reheated or possibly microwaved.

I called the location shortly after and spoke with the manager, Chirag. At first, he was a bit defensive, insisting the fries were hot (which I acknowledged). However, I explained the difference between hot and freshly cooked, and eventually, he agreed to replace the fries I had already paid for. I appreciated that resolution, even though it took some effort to get there.

Overall, I’m giving 3 stars. Chirag did ultimately make it right, but the initial resistance and lack of customer-first attitude left something to be desired. Hopefully, future orders reflect more attention to simple request ls like this.
